It was a great stay near beach

Loved my stay here as a solo traveller, its a walk to get to the crowd but if you enjoy walking everywhere its lovely. Would 100% stay here again.

Front desk staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Overall, this trip was just what the doctor ordered!

I enjoyed the view, the room with the balcony, the staff were amazing and accounted me to all that I needed. Everything is walking distance which makes it very easy to get to, pool was great, beach and towels and bicycles were provided. There is a Starbucks attached and a bar with games on the property. Breakfast was available with pay. Everything was great! The best part was the view and staffing. I’ll certainly come again! The room was not updated and new, floors in the room were torn and toilet seat was scraped up. In poor condition but overall operating.

The hotel was great! It was VERY clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. It’s a little further up from the hustle and bustle of south beach but there were still a few stores within walking distance. The rooftop pool was amazing as well! The only thing that could have been better was the pool temperature. Being in high humidity and heat weather i expected the pool to be colder. The water was warm like a hot shower. Not sure if that was due to the lack of shade covering the pool or not but i wanted to cool down in the pool not necessarily be warm in an already warm climate. Other than that the hotel was great and i would stay again!

The bed is comfortable and the bathroom was convenient specially the dual shower head function The staff was rude after we asked for our room to be made and it wasn’t, also housekeeping stole an item I left in the room. Also the hotel is marketed as a 4star hotel when it should be 3 stars really.

Location close to the beach, very nice room, cleanliness, nice and helpful personnel, bike rental included. I had an issue with payment and deposit, and I had no email no write. I needed to call the hotel directly and it took me a few calls for them to help me out.

Great hotel great location

The common areas are very modern and clean. Hotel staff are professional, friendly & helpful. The only thing I didn’t like about my experience is that the floor in our room had a lot of scratches & was very worn. The entry light didn’t work & our balcony door would not lock. The pool, restaurant/Bar are awesome! It’s a quiet area so super chill & relaxing! Overall I would stay again.

Very clean and close to the beach. Resturants and stores are nearby. The staff are polite. The hotel has a resturant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Pet friendly.

Everything was great. My only suggestion is that there should be at least 2 bartenders by the pool area since there were times I had to wait for the bartender to return. Also, since on vacation the bar should be open earlier.
