Clean and spacious room, with great amenities! Additionally, every single member of the staff was excellent and very helpful. There are too many callouts to make but we dealt most with Houssam, Axel, Reinaldo and Frederico. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!!

We've been coming to Miami yearly since 2018 and we've tried many hotels on the strip and nearby Miami beach, but the Bentley managed to outshine every other hotel. The hospitality from day one was exemplary. We were sleep deprived and Axel was able to accommodate us. Reinaldo helped us with bags, beach chairs, and towels all week long. Axel made sure we always had cold water after being out all day. Theresa made the best Miami vice: The rooftop pool and Jacuzzi is right next to the bar. The knob for the Jacuzzi bubbles is on the wall fyi. I didn't get the cleaning lady's name but our room was immaculate every day thanks to her! The location is amazing and just moments from the beach, the view from the rooftop is exactly what I was hoping for. It's located close to a CVS and Walgreens for any extra needs you might have. From 5 to 6 everyday they offer free champagne in the lobby which was a nice treat before heading out for the night. They had some kind of free breakfast but we never woke up early enough to partake but it was a nice option and if you're an early bird. The Bentley also offers bikes for riding around which is very helpful to save money from Ubers. Smith and Wollensky has the best steaks in the country and it’s only 6 min walk. World famous Joe’s Crab Shack is also nearby. Definitely take advantage of STK’s happy hour. Make sure to visit South Point park pier and hopefully you run into Mo the local coconut water guy. Can’t wait to come back to the Bentley!!

Don’t stay here. This place is no good. No south beach vibe. And they extort you with a resort fee for a resort you can’t use, pay $51 or there’s no key. This place is like a painted jail cell with a couple of pictures. There isn’t even a front door. With the cost and quality of this place, just go somewhere else.

Near beach. Very clean. Excellent customer service. They supply bikes for their guests chairs and towels for the beach.

The property is right across from the beach on a main strip. The room we chose was facing the ocean, with a balcony. Room was comfortable & very clean. The pool area is a little dated but ok. I believe the hotel is older but well kept. Staff was very polite from checking in & out & valet was nice too.

Everything was wonderful. Staff was helpful, courteous, attentive to every need. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Perfect location to walk to all the restaurants and across the street to the beach. A cute boutique, hotel with a champagne reception in the afternoon and breakfast buffet that was Continental.

We loved the location, the attention and the cleanliness of the hotel. Alex the manager was very attentive to our needs as well as Rainaldo and Federico. They helped us feel at home.

The hotel is kind of rundown but gotta say the staff is extra nice and helpful, the location is excellent and even the complimentary breakfast was passable( wish they didn’t have powdered eggs but having turkey sausage was a nice touch). I don’t think I have ever stayed anywhere with the staff being as friendly and helpful. Especially gotta mention Reinaldo who is everywhere and does everything great.
