Hassle free setup for check-in and pretty much the perfect resort for a reasonable budget that is RIGHT on the beach. Wish it had a dedicated Valet and/or parking lot that could have paid parking for a 24 hour period but I understand that is issue is not at the fault of the property. Beyond the slight grievance, it really is a chill resort to lounge about if you are looking for something simple.

Cute and charming hotel in a great location, close to pretty much everything in Miami Beach! The decor and overall vibe are super fun and were actually one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. We only stayed for two nights, which was perfect, but I’m not sure I would have loved it for a longer stay. The rooms are nice but definitely on the smaller side, and the biggest downside for me was the lack of soundproofing. I could practically hear the lady next door having a phone conversation as if she were sitting in our room. That being said, the staff were easily a 10/10. They handled the noise issue incredibly quickly and were so accommodating throughout our stay. They also helped me with receiving a few packages at the hotel and were able to arrange an early check-in, which I really appreciated. There’s no rooftop or pool, and while the beach is conveniently right across the street, there was quite a bit of seaweed during our stay, so it wasn’t particularly inviting. There is also a parking lot across the street, but it can get pretty full. The restaurant was cute and convenient, although I found it quite overpriced for what it was. Overall, we had a nice stay and I’m glad we tried it! It’s a cute option for a short Miami Beach trip if location and atmosphere are your priorities, but probably not somewhere I’d be rushing back to.

Good Spot!

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I travelled alone with my 8 month-old and they had a pack-n-play and a crib reserved for us to choose. The staff was excellent, professional and very friendly - the reception, the maintenace/operational support when I had an issue with the tub (my fault). I liked the aesthetic and breeziness of the hotel, it felt very european. Of course you do not have the over-the-top amenities at the Faena or Fontainebleau, but it was actually nice to not hear club music until 3 am, or have swarms of people in the hotel. It was very low-key and chic. Air conditioning and ceiling fan were perfect for cooling the room quickly, especially with a baby. I would absolutely book again. It wasn't clear when the restaurant was open or closed, but it looked great

Our stay at the Casa Faena was overall just ok. The positive side was definitely the location. The hotel is very well positioned in a lovely area and extremely close to a beautiful, quieter beach. We also really appreciated having beach chairs, towels and umbrellas always available for us, which made the beach experience very easy and enjoyable. A special mention to Gabriela at the door, who was always warm, smiley and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not quite match that level of hospitality. Most of the staff seemed rather unfriendly, and even getting a simple smile or greeting often felt difficult. The rooms were also not cleaned properly during our stay, and we had to complain several times about items not being replaced or areas not being cleaned. One of our rooms was even missing the blackout curtains that the other rooms had. What felt most disappointing was overhearing members of the cleaning staff speaking badly about us in the corridor after we politely mentioned missing towels and that the bath had still not been cleaned. That felt quite unprofessional and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel has a great location and beach setup, but the service and housekeeping standards need improvement.

The bath didn’t drain properly and shower fixture hanging off wall. The male staff in restaurant were sullen and disinterested. Food crazy overpriced and the soundproofing in rooms was so bad I could hear the person’s phone vibrate when it ran next door. Pretty common areas but overall felt very tired.

Room and amenities were fantastic. Staff were super friendly. As a guest you get 10% discount at the restaurant and bar. The hotel doesn’t offer parking, but there is a public lot across the street that’s easy….if spots are available.

Beautiful hotel collection.

We checked in early after a cruise and had to store our luggage and we’re searching for something to do and they were very helpful giving us advice on the area. The property is amazing and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful common areas. Comfortable room. Good coffee in room. Room for improvement: - rooms are not designed for amenities for the beach / water so it’s not easy when you return from the beach - while hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas, you have to carry them yourself across a busy street - construction going in directly in front of the street…you can smell it (we could not hear it from our room, but we faced a different direction).

They scam you. Their website shows you a pool and things that are for another hotel called Faena. Do not stay here. It is lovey as a boutique hotel but walking a block to the beach and no pool and no spa....it is a scam. TRUTH

Rooms are dated and not as pictured. Rooms are not clean, rug and sofa had stains and dirt (which remained even after complaining). Lighting is terrible inside. Rooms are noisy since windows are low quality. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Staff is unwelcoming.
