Dolce by Wyndham Miami Beach

Room and hotel was very clean. Staff were very helpful. Good location, walking distance to beach and restaurants. There wasn't really much space in the room for baggage (3 people) and the window in the shower (even though its frosted) was kind of weird for a family of 2 adults and one teen. The balcony was kind of useless as the desk and bed was sort of blocking the door.

Amazing service and amazing place to stay at as well and everything is close by

Beautiful hotel Lovely staff

Comfy, good staff, nice location! No real breakfast but that’s okay

Location, staff Excellent breakfast included. Appreciated that Room size very small though laid out well

The closeness to the beach The cleanliness and upkeep of the building. The valet service took very long to retrieve our vehicle

I like that is was not to close to all the night life noise or noise period but it was walking distance to everything JET SKI ATV THE BEACH THE MALL I didn’t like the rooms being so small and didn’t have a microwave in the entire hotel. We had to keep throwing our left over food away. I am a light eater, I always save my food til I get hungry again at night so that pissed me off.

Great location, staff was friendly! No microwave or ice machine

Great hotel didnt use the pool or see it I didn’t have time but everything is close by to it stay here! Or on this side of town. Great place

Amazing staff, check in was a breeze. Really friendly lady at the front desk overnight when I checked in. She was doing a double but she was still smiling and so helpful and welcoming. Will stay here again when I’m in Miami.

Everything was beautiful, clean and well kept. Was disappointing that the bar or restaurant closed at noon and the pool at 8. Felt very quiet for a Miami Beach property. Had to leave often for food or drinks.

location ,location and excellent staff Heidi and the rest excellent

I loved everything about the property ! The staff is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Heidi at the front desk was amazing ! The property was clean and newly renovated. The rooms were super clean and cozy !

The manager took my complaint seriously and has fixed the issue

Everything! My room was very comfortable and clean with a nice balcony. Every staff member who I interacted with was very friendly and helpful—especially Gonzalo! I enjoyed using the hotel’s nearby beach service that includes two beach lounge chairs and an umbrella.

My overall experience was good with this motel if next time i will come in Miami i will definitely stay in this hotel.

The rooms were very small, definitely not suitable for a family of four with no room to stand or sit. The most disappointing thing is the walls are very poorly insulated, you can hear every single word from the adjacent rooms. There was a party going on during the night we stayed and we couldn't sleep at all the entire time. Otherwise the hotel is neat, accessible to south beach area.

Excelente atención, comida super rica, buena ubicación, está nuevo!!

Very clean hotel. Staff was helpful. Close to the beach.

Location and clean Size of room
