I enjoyed the styles of the room and the building

Everything was good

Location was excellent The only positive aspect of this stay was that the location was great. However, the room itself was incredibly disappointing. I paid extra for a larger room with a kitchenette, but everything was in such bad condition I couldn’t even consider using it. The room had massive leak stains on the ceiling and the wood flooring underneath was severely water-damaged, cracked, and poorly patched up with exposed screws. To make matters worse, there were hairs all over the bathroom. The entire property is extremely old and has a strong, unpleasant smell of damp and age.

It was really close and convenient to everything. My only issue was the noise volume. It felt like everyone was slamming doors, music was loud the entire stay. Due to me and my family not staying long I didn’t matter much and we were in and out our room also.

Location Cleanliness

The apartment itself was comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay. I cleaned the room before leaving, including sweeping before checkout. My experience after the stay was extremely concerning. I stayed at another LOWKL property (Nine20) for one night a few days later. After I checked out, Nine20 sent me a message thanking me for choosing the property, saying it had been their pleasure to host me, and wishing me a nice trip home—same message I received after staying at Greenview. No problem with the room was communicated to me at checkout or in that message for either stay. Two days later, when I attempted to stay at another Greenview again, I was told that I had been banned from LOWKL properties and was specifically told that dog feces had been found after both prior stays. I unequivocally dispute that allegation. My service dog is housebroken and did not defecate in the rooms. I had cleaned and swept the rooms before leaving. I have retained the post-checkout messages and am disputing LOWKL’s allegations directly with management. I am posting this review to accurately describe my experience and the serious allegation made about my stay afterward.

Wifi, TV facility, warm water The toilet water could get used up, sugar was not sufficient, quality of coffee was not so good

Was here for 3 nights for a conference. Great location, great price. The standout was the excellent customer service from the front desk person. I didn't catch her name bit she was so sweet and helped me with printing documents, luggage storage, whatever. The AC was a bit loud for my taste but I was able to sleep ok. If you're a light sleeper this may worth discussing with staff before booking.

My stuff went missing in my room. Came by to a broken laptop and a missing watch! No one has contacted me! Staff said can’t do nothing. I should call 911. Smh .

Good location Nowhere to dry washing, I had a T shirt go missing that I left at the front of the property to dry , but I booked it without a balcony so I can’t blame the hotel for that
