Marseilles Beachfront Hotel

The hospitality of the staff. The amenities were great, beachside, and the pool was very enjoyable. Not much that my wife and I didn’t enjoy about this property.

It was right at the beachfront The rooms are very dated and could do with a huge deep clean everything felt dirty.

Great location, with plenty of good local restaurants nearby. The staff we dealt with were rude and unhelpful. After ordering DoorDash, we asked for cutlery and were told they were not allowed to give guests a metal fork, despite the hotel offering room service. They had also run out of plastic forks, so we had to go to another hotel to ask for cutlery. A ridiculous situation over such a basic request. The walls were paper-thin. We could hear neighbouring rooms so clearly that we repeatedly thought someone was knocking on our door or coming into our room. The air also would not go below 75 despite it changing on the screen, it never became colder. Bathroom toiletries were also very limited. When we requested more shampoo, we were told they could only find soap. We tried calling reception and housekeeping multiple times, but kept getting a busy signal. Overall, getting even basic assistance was unnecessarily difficult.

Loved it!! Perfect location.

Staff were very pleasant. Air con in the room was stuck on 75 degrees. They have no shower facilities to accommodate anyone that has checked out and needs to revive before onward travel.

We really enjoyed our stay, the large and spacious room. The location was excellent and accessible to everything thanks to the Kushlin family

Perfect location and tasty food Nothing

Beautiful. Clean. Luxury resort fully hotel with great amenities. The cooling system. The window air conditioners did not provide enough cooling against the Miami August heat.

Proximity to the beach. Walk was literally 20 steps from our hotel. Bathrooms not have fans, so drying swim suits out is a bit harder. And showering was always a bit more steamy than I am used to. But this would never make me not want to stay in the great hotel.
