The rooms are very basic and the bed had one of those spongy type mattress which I'm not used to or like and there was not any thermostat for the room fortunately it was blowing cold air and I did bring his shirt along Long sleeve that is so I was able to keep warm the TV did not have the right controller with it so I couldn't even turn it off add to basically unplug it and it's not the hotel's problem but there was a very rude And it sounded as if he was changing Put furniture in the room or something and it was past 9:00 PM which is usually the time that I like to start to relax not hearing people doing physical work. The lobby was totally remodeled so maybe they are still working on it I don't know. On the positive side the rate is very reasonable for what I got along with the location unfortunately it was rainy out but the beach is one block away and restaurants within walking distance and it is on a busy road but again all I needed was a place to stay for the night I wasn't looking for something that cost me a couple of hundred I did that when I went down to Key West after I stayed there I just needed a place to stay on the way down

Mostly quiet The shower head didn’t have enough pressure and there was blood splats under the bed and on the picture on the wall. The Tv had no remote due to guest stealing it and my first night was bad energy in the room overall. Tissue wasn’t changed and I was only offered one towel not even a wash cloth. I just didn’t want to say anything because I didn’t have enough to move room and I was told that the room were booked for the whole weekend.

This location is one block from the ocean so easy walking to the beach. The AC did not work at all my first night, it was supposedly fixed the second night but sure was hard to tell. The AC is not controllable in each room but rather from a central location. Some rooms may be cooler than others but I was really hot both nights. The TV didn't work. The curtains are so flimsy that the amount of light that comes in at night was almost enough to read by. There was exactly one towel in the room, no bath mat or washcloth. While there was a closet, there were no hangers and when I asked for some, the response I got was sort of a puzzled stare. I wish I had spent a bit more money and selected a better hotel. I wouldn't opt to stay here again.

The location and the mid ac unit There was no room service for the 5 days we were there. The sheets smelled moldy. No toiletries. The bathroom sink wasn’t fully functional. Garbage stayed in the room until the day we left. No proper cleaning facilities. Tv not working properly because of WiFi issues. Not able to have access to tv channels. The towels were a hot mess and shredded. Complaints made and nothing done about said complaints. Overall the whole room was a mess and for the price we paid and for how long we stayed that was disappointing and displeasing and while in there was a no smoking hotel there was a lot of smoking. Workers were entering the room while we were in without permission just swiping their key also the keys that was given was not reading when leave the building for more than 30 mins we had to reprogram them always.

I liked numerous things about this property. Firstly, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Secondly, I loved the old decor and view from my window. Finally, I thought the property was in a perfect location.

Nothing A/c not working

I didn’t like anything to be honest. Nothing like the details that are provided before you book. Also half the amenities that are listed not true. Overall horrible experience. Air conditioning went out. An you can’t even control it. Everything to be honest this property should refund at least half your cost back.

We were disappointed with our stay. The staff member at the front desk was rude and unhelpful from the moment we arrived, which set the tone for the rest of our visit. The room did not match the listing. Only two small hand towels were left on the bed, with no proper bath towels for after showering. The TV had no remote control. The shower had no hot water at all, so we were left with cold showers. There was no hand soap or body wash, just one small travel-size shampoo. Cleanliness was also a serious problem: we found pubic hair from a previous guest in the bathtub. On top of that, the bathroom window wasn't frosted and had no blinds or curtains, so there was no privacy while using the bathroom or shower. Overall, the hotel fell well short of what was advertised, and I wouldn't recommend it.

the location and a nice view out of window AC is a requisite for any room in Miami in 2026 this clearly wasn’t the case with the superior room I paid the extra for after having read the reviews on here prior. having the window open to cool the room led to heavy traffic noise. Neither was there a balcony which is stated on the questions that all superior rooms have balconies. There is no access to being able to make coffee and the water hotel offers in lobby isn’t filtered. The rooms can hear adjacent doors shutting. The worst part was the night receptionist some religious guy on arrival who was extremely rude for no reason was very insulting towards me in tone and directions and could not ask him questions relating to the ac and gave me misleading information about parking in which I accidentally parked overnight in the 15 min loading bay because I didn’t pay the absurd $ 30 fee to park on hotels own premises when the street parking costs $1ph outside the door. Tells me he works there 5years I look on google reviews and it says same about poor attitude but the day receptionists were fine

Good Nothing Bad

Location was close to the beach Parking was Amal and had to pay extra to park in the hotel’s parking lot

Property is not handicap approved. The stiff left eyed house cleaner walked into my room after I made it clear I was not interested in her services. Mind you, I just barely checked in super late the night prior. This place is so unorganized and very poorly managed. Room was dirty, super hot because you cannot control the ac. And the toilet over flowed. No action was taken. Everything! Mainly the poor staff
-
The location was convenient The rooms weren’t clean, you could tell some stuff weren’t wiped down prior to the next guest staying
-
Nothing to like about this property ! The people that clean your room steal your things ! Every thing ! Horrible cleaning!

Checked in went pretty smooth. The gentlemen checking us in gave us a sheet with the wifi code, that was nice. Going into the room, the windows were open and they had no bug screens so I thought that was odd. We just needed a bed for a few hours due to a long layover at Miami. It was a $6-8 Uber to everywhere we wanted to go so location is nice.
