The room was basic but comfortable & clean The staff were really lovely & helpful Good location The local gym which you cd use was good too The bfast wasn’t grt - not much variety, not worth the money. The sunbeds by the pool were horrible - moudy & dirty. The towelling covers were left on at all times even when it rained. The cushions underneath weren’t waterproof either, so when you sat on them you got wet it really wasn’t nice. Didn’t understand why we cdnt use the sunbeds on the beach the day you left ?? I’ve always been able to use hotel facilities elsewhere on departure day before !! I originally had a 3rd night booked later in the week, but cancelled & went elsewhere.

The staff is very kind and helpful, specially Marcos and Germán.

It was clean and cleaned daily! They had shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The bicycle were easy to rent, right in front of the hotel! The walls are incredibly thin, so it’s very easy to receive a complaint and hear everything around you. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, from the mattresses to the pillows and blankets. There are no other amenities for food except a small fridge, so there’s no way to heat up food. 2 of the front desk workers are extremely rude and arrogant unless you speak Portuguese. The fitness center is only free once and is 4-5 blocks away, even though it states that it is on-site. Breakfast is trash; it’s 25 dollars per person, and you only receive very little options. Parking is a nightmare; you either have to pay 58 dollars per day at a garage that you will not be able to choose where you park and be disrespected by the workers. The other garage near the hotel is close, but it’s 20 dollars an hour, so it’s unreasonably expensive. This hotel claims to be kid-friendly, yet there are no amenities or activities for children, and given the incredibly thin walls, if you have a crying baby or loud child, the parents will likely get in trouble due to noise complaints. This place is simply not suitable for children.

Rooms were clean. However, they didn’t look exactly like the photos. Staff were great, very helpful and kind! Pool chair cushions were a bit moldy under the tan covers. Location is good!

Clean room, accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. Staff was very kind and informative. Food, drinks, and pool (a bit heated - not freezing getting into the water) were good as well. Not too far or too close to ocean drive which was great for the group. I’d book again.

Breakfast of pasteries eggs coffee and fruit $25. I was one and done. Not a value for the options. Everything else was good.
