Clarion Inn & Suites Miami International Airport

Pleasant

Nice

Superb

Poor

Staff response Room, parking, facilities

Very good

Cleanness, proximity to airport, good staff NTR

Close to airport, staff very friendly and helpful Nothing

I appreciated the quick drive from the airport to the hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. I have no complaints

Location Everything

Everything was fine. Our expections were satisfied. Instructions to take the shuttle at the airport were unclear.

….. ….

Central to most places Room was clean. Room had an odor. Had to pay nightly parking

Disappointing

Nothing The property is quite old; there are no new or updated rooms. The bathtubs were very old, with lots of marks in them. The bedding smelled old, and elevators took long. The pic on booking is noting close to what you get in person

Location to airport A little old but considering the price good value

Great service, a little out dated and some construction going on, but great experience. Parking is paid separately !

Mi estancia fue bastante agradable. La limpieza fue excelente. Pero el estacionamiento debería estar incluido en el precio. Hay espacio para mejorar. Renovar y pintar la propiedad..

klara is a nice person at the front desk with a big smile.

We arrived at hotel with hotel shuttle from Miami international at 11:15pm. Check in was smooth and we asked for 2 extra pillows from Yvette who was working with one other employee. She said there was no housekeepers there at that hour and if i could wait til things slowed down she would attempt to get them to me. The lobby was very busy with crew ship employees checking in. I said no problem when ok i could use extra pillows for my bad hips. She called my room and asked if we thought we still needed pillows that things slowed down enough. I replied we had enough cuz we had 2 beds with pillows. I was so impressed by her not forgetting about us and reached out to see if we ok and also with a positive attitude. Left a lasting impression on me
