Very good

Superb

The bed was comfortable, there was a desk The reception area is a bit dingy, not many amenities (roof was closed), the neighborhood was sketchy. Faucet was loose and lamps made buzzing sounds

Shower would not get hot. Stayed medium-warm. Enough to hurry up and get out.

I liked the location of the hotel. Lots restaurants nearby and worked to Bayfront park was enjoyable. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Location, cleanliness, staff, all was good Nothing to complain

Location is perfect. Toilet was broken when we arrived, but quickly fixed after we told told about the problem.

Exceptional

Spacious room and kind staff The location is a bit tricky- downtown.

We pretty much just checked in to hang out and sleep here before a cruise. But staff was nice. Building and rooms were cooler than the generic choices elsewhere and it was in walkable proximity to tons of shops and bars and eateries.

The staff was good and cooperative The breakfast was very ordinary. Very few veg options

The room was very nice, well appointed and clean. There was a resort fee that was not previously mentioned. The lobby was small and there were no available amenities. The location has a lot of construction and homeless nearby.

Very clean, all things well considered and comfortable in th eroom, spacios and business-friendly Valet parking, relatevilely espensivem yet, cheaper than the parking nearby and great service good breakfast nearby nothing

Comfortable bed, large room, clean room air conditioning worked great

Excelente servicio y atención, siempre están atentos y muy amables en las atenciones.

I gave it a one star because the pictures aren’t the same as the Miami one. We solely booked this place because of the restaurant/bar area looked neat and an experience to do. Which when we got there there was no restaurant or bar. Also, we have no hot water in our room (801 if you get that room) and called help 2 times.

Good price for location. The bathroom was updated and nice,

Nice stay

Location, friendliness and courtesy of the staff, very nice room.
