Nice. Closest hotel to Port of Miami

The only good thing about the stay was the little shop that we got our pizza from! The room was dirty and there was a spot on the ceiling that was peeling off. The A/C did not work super great.

Just the location close to the airport Room key never works, every time I went out on the way back to my room ,I had to go all the way down to the reception to check the key. Same day 4 times. Reception stuff, awful, at the check in they asked for a fisical credit card otherwise I won't be able to check in. When there is no any info about that in they website .

Great location, but a terrible hotel experience. There are much better hotels nearby, and I strongly recommend spending a little more elsewhere. After checking in, I was given a room that smelled strongly of mold and mildew. I couldn't stay for even 10 minutes. I went straight to the front desk because the smell was making my nose feel completely blocked. They moved me to another building, but the new room was also dusty and damp, although slightly better than the first one. Since I had already paid, I felt stuck and had no real option but to stay. Unfortunately, the conditions triggered my rhinitis and made my stay miserable. There is a small snack bar next to reception with limited hours. I ordered DoorDash, but delivery drivers were not allowed to bring food upstairs, so I had to go down and pick it up myself. I stayed for two nights. During the second night, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, forcing everyone to evacuate. The firefighters later confirmed there was no actual emergency. The hotel desperately needs a complete renovation. The carpet under the beds looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time, and the TVs were outdated with very limited channels. I would not stay here again, not even for one night. A good location is not worth sacrificing your comfort, sleep, and ability to breathe comfortably. Spend a little more and choose a better hotel!

Friendly staff and proximity to the airport. No benches to sit in the green areas.

Not the Red Roof of years ago. Property needs renovation promptly. Staff was very friendly very helpful and pleasant but didn't like the property at all.
