Very basic and location is good for travelers costumer service very bad, very arrogant and not patience

Very close to airport which was why we chose it. Room was large & airy and clean. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Whilst room was clean it was a little ‘tired’ - probably could do with a refresh especially seals in shower and some of the lamp fittings.

Beautiful property with a great pool area! Close to food. Check in was slow and the staff person helping me was not very helpful. My reservations for a 10am check in. We arrived at 11:30 and had to wait for a room. We were told he would let us know when it was ready but did not. I went to see if it was ready and he said he got distracted and forgot to come get us when the room was ready. Frustrating!

Love it at first had no lighting the main light when you walk in the door Then when we got ready for bed the white top sheet was filthy Then we had to wait the worker handed us the linens to change ourselves Yes I call and waiting on a return phone call All explained

The hotel has an excellent ubication. The breakfast is good. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was easy to find the address. The view is beatiful There was nothing I dislike

My room was on the first floor about 10 feet from a door leading to the parking lot. As a woman traveling alone, I was surprised that a well-known company would do that. A lot of noise from the hallway, whether it was people coming in or leaving I don’t know. The toilet paper was the cheapest I had ever seen. The room was fine and the complimentary breakfast was good. Terrible policy to not let people into available rooms until 3 pm. I choose later flights so that I don’t have to sit in the lobby with a roomful of tired travelers for three hours. This was my fourth stay, and I don’t know if there will be a fifth.

Clean room, breakfast was good also front desk was nice and friendly.

The room served it's purpose for me because I needed somewhere to stay for two nights while my house was being tented for termites. I didn't need two queen beds but that room seemed slightly less exp expensive than one king. I was a little surprised that there was no closet or drawers. Again, for two days this was sufficient but maybe not for a longer stay. The bed was not as firm and comfortable as I would have liked but not terrible either. Breakfast was easy, uncomplicated, and sufficient. The lagoon view was nice, especially at night but also enjoyed looking out towards the airport on the other side of the hotel during breakfast. Although not an expensive room, I was able to save a few dollars by buying a Hotels.com gift card through one of my credit cards rewards program. I would stay here again someday.

Breakfast Shuttles were not too frequent at airport but they come every half hour or more problema is of there are too many passengers or luggage and you can’t get on that shuttle

Good location, convenience to walking eateries short distance to the pool of the port and the airport liked the free breakfast in the morning and the happy hour menu in the evening The outlets for plugging things in just didn’t seem convenient. They were in awkward places we made it. We found a way to make it work, but it was just kind of inconvenient. The ones on the side of the TV, our plugs wouldn’t stay in them. They kept falling or twisting out so that the energy didn’t get to the devices, but other than that, our day was good.

I stay here at least twice a year. I recommend here to friends and family.I love the hotel in general. It's clean the rooms are spacious. The customer service is really good. I encounter this lady on the first day Juliet or Gillian not sure that was her name. Really sweet. I had issues with my room and she attempted to resolve them instantly. Good customer service is the core and key to the growth of any hotel. I visited the pool area this time. Very well kept. I stayed for 4 nights. I didn't love where my room was located. I felt scarced in the first room because it had an adjoining room.The 2nd one was by the stairway so when I came back I kept running into room. I was traveling alone .I Believe if you have a guest staying 4 5 6 days give them a decent room.

Outstanding lounge on the top floor for gathering, watching planes on one side or wildlife on the other, and the ability to order food in the evening. The wallpaper in my bathroom was peeling off, and the floor was sticky from whatever they mop with. The Cuban sandwich was just so-so.
