It was under construction, we had a room with the balcony. We couldn't sleep at night the noise from outside was too much.

Currently, the spa/pool amenities are unavailable and there’s lots of construction. The front desk team was cold. The construction visually and physically distracting. Long story short - I don’t recommend.

Hotel Manager was nice about understanding our issues. Front desk staff rude unwelcoming on check in, Room was filthy dirty moldy, wall paper hanging torn off the walls, carpet ripped, soiled with stains, room was a health hazard. Bell staff,poor, Rude, unmotivated and gave out false information.

The room was nice but looked tired. There were rips in the curtains and the building was undergoing construction which I was only notified of after I booked

The rooms smelled like someone spilled alcohol on the carpet somewhere prior to my arrival. The balcony is very dirty and dusty. Amenities were closed and room service sucked.
