Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Airport South

I found this room adequate for the one night I was there. The bathroom floor was yucky and I would not walk barefoot on it. The bed and pillows were comfy… The gentleman that checked me was very nice.

Everything was great. Staff very helpful. Parking was good. The room was perfect.

It was a great location to where we needed to be with family. The hotel staff was great, check in and check out were easy. It was clean, room was great size and we would stay again. The AC unit in room 425 was loud at times and woke us up from our sleep. It would make the noise at different times, we stayed for two nights.

Everything was great - courteous staff, comfortable beds, clean room, excellent location.

Lobby was very inviting with lots of comfortable seating. Our room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was really nice and clean. Staff at check in and check out were friendly. I would definitely stay here again!!

Clean room. Great beds. No complimentary breakfast or coffee

Exceptional

The room was clean and thw area was quite as well.

no breakfast old tv broken sofa bed

Perfect play to stay

Hotel room very clean.

It’s ok for the money

There is no pool, the site lies. The only reason we booked here. 200.00 and no main attraction. Save ur money.

The staff was super accommodating when we asked for extra blankets and pillows. It is a nice hotel with a very small balcony but very clean plus it was only 10 minutes from the airport

Location was only thing positive Double charged for breakfast Elevator doors didn't close all the way Room dead bolt was broken and front desk staff told us to jiggle it to get it to work Food was served cold Mattress was very lumpy Very noisy thru night.

Pleasant

The bathtub was so slippery that I was afraid to shower.

The hotel was clean but the beds were not that comfortable. We asked for two more blankets and we were given sheets not blankets.
