The room was clean, but the lotion and body wash dispensers were not refilled prior to us checking in. The body wash dispenser was empty and I didn't know it prior to getting into the shower. We used the last kleenex tissue out of the box around 10 pm an called the front desk. Someone picked up but never said a word. I heard them breathing but did not answer. My husband went to the desk and got a box. He asked why they didn't say anything after picking up the phone and the answer was they were on another call. I thought they should've asked me to hold.

The group that stayed that weekend were impolite and left trash all over breakfast area. In the future maybe that group should be given a slotted time for breakfast. They were also rude to your staff and my wife. Coffee machine good but more needed. Always like when coffee/tea/water away from breakfast area. Oh, group also loud in hallways, maybe signs saying quiet area.

They were very nice, the rooms were so clean and the breakfast was good and the area all around the breakfast area was clean. Check in and check out was very easy and I also could understand them and there wasn’t a language barrier. This has been one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in the past few years. There was nothing that i didn’t like.
