MainStay Suites Harrisburg Airport - Hershey South

Shuttle does not run every half hour as advertised. Late night staff is not helpful at all. Hotel is fairly new and nice but the breakfast and shuttle aren’t that great.

Problem with the shuttle bus. Driver not available and late.

Everything was spot on, and on point. Breakfast is pretty simple, but we were not planning on eating there anyway.

Property was extremely clean, staff was very friendly, the only problem that we had was that our shower door Wednesday shut, and shampoo bottle that is in the shower was completely empty, but honestly that’s not that big of a deal! We were really impressed at how clean the hotel was and how well maintained it was. Will at the front desk was very personable and very kind to us.

Huge rooms, newer property. Would definitely stay here again if I get back to Harrisburg! We were up early to catch a flight from Harrisburg, they had muffins and donuts out at 4am! Breakfast started at 6 or 6:30. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time!

Large room with all the needed appliances. Very clean and I would recommend it to anyone booking time in Harrisburg Thank you Jim

Great place to stay. Minutes from airport. Comfy beds.

Nice short stay , friendly staff , clean room, modern and price was right.

Airport shuttle was great and we were able to leave our car at the hotel for a week.

The room was clean and bright. The staff was friendly. However, there was nothing in the hotel room listing the amenities available and their location. No TV listing or how to work the apps on the TV. The internet was spotty and thus not able to cast something on the TV from the phones since we couldn't figure out how to access the cable channels. Breakfast was bare bones. It was fine for the weekend, but will choose to stay somewhere else in the future.

Stayed before early flight everyone helpful, room was comfortable

The complimentary breakfast was the smallest breakfast offering possible. There were no glasses or cups in the room for water and no body soap, just a small piece of hand soap. There was an odor to the rooms.

New Hotel, close to the Airport. Excellent for the early morning flight!

Breakfast was no memorable

Brand new hotel. Absolutely perfect for what we needed. Plenty of quick places to grab food or groceries right in the same general area after a day in Hershey Park.

We were there for one night. The hotel is very new, clean, and comfortable.

Price was right, bed was super comfortable. Room was great for short or long stay. 5 minute drive to airport. BUT...zero USB charging ports! In the last 10 years, I've only run into one other hotel with no charging ports. This screams "I'm stuck in the 90s". It's a cheap amenity, they should add them on each side of the bed and in the work area. Small gripe, but would make a huge impact.
