Staff was very welcoming

No slippers no tooth paste no water no coffee machine. The lobby was small bad. The price is too high for this location.

Location was the only plus and the fact that all the hotels were full do we have no choice

Staff. I checked in late and was tired. I thought check out was at 12. I guess it was at 11am so he starts knocking and yelling I am the manager. I should no next time but he was rude.

The owners are amazing! Such warm and compassionate people. They were very welcoming and helpful with my heavy luggage, as well as just lovely human beings. Easy location off the expressway, well marked location. Lots of walkable shopping across the street and nearby.

Worst hotel ever

Nothing. I absolutely hated it here. The property is dirty, maintained very poorly. The staff are very disrespectful, racist toward black people, and they never once conducted room service for me the entire time I was there. There's is so much shady people over here, and the inn-keeper is a cheat. He cheated me out of one day of my stay, very inconsistent with everything he said.

The inn was not luxurious, but it was not supposed to be as the price was low compared to other motels/inns. For the low price, Heritage was very functional and provided all my needs for a work trip and the staff was very helpful and available. I even accidentally left my retainer, which is expensive, so I called to try to get it back. The owner asked his cleaning staff about it, located it and mailed it back to me promptly. He even reached out by phone to keep me updated. I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel but the price was right. My only complaint is the toilet seat was loose. I worked around it, although if I asked, they probably would have sent staff to fix it ASAP, but I didn't want to be bothered.
