We have the same hotel chain In Minnesota, but none of them look nothing like yours! The style on the rooms was outstanding!

The hotel is old and could use some updates. Had fun at the bar though and was affordable so that was nice.

Definitely bare minimum for a hotel…as in the one thing it had going for it is the door shut and locked. AC had mold all over it, floor was sticky, shower fixtures hanging from the wall, etc

I appreciated the luggage holding and shuttle services. Free breakfast was a standard continental type breakfast.

The front desk was very unpleasant and not at all willing to help. The room was not clean and there were latex gloves left on the floor in the hallway. It appeared to have black mold in the bathroom There was very little parking spaces. The whole experience was terrible

I expected more from a hotel charging $150 per night. This is a low-budget hotel. BE AWARE! The hotel is mostly contemporary and clean, but there are many obvious maintenance issues. Management of the property and quality of the staff is a major issue. It is in a dubious neighborhood so it might be difficult to hire better employees. Arriving at my room, I discovered a lack of bar soap, coffee maker, and coffee. I phoned the front desk. I was told that I would receive a call when these items would be available for collection at the front desk. (Because short of staff, these items could not be delivered to the room). Thirty minutes later, I went to the desk. I was told that there was no regular coffee only decaf, but I collected bar soap and a coffee maker. The coffee maker was covered in dust and dirt. I washed it and rinsed it. Bugs flowed out of the reservoir. The breakfast was crowded and sparse. The breakfast bar was casually piled together.

it was clean broken shower head. water poured squirted out of the top of the shower and got everywhere. There were two adults and only two towels, one washcloth, two hand towels. no bath mat. after the shower incident new towels were needed. very frustrating. breakfast was lukewarm and bland.

Alright not sure where all this vegan stuff is on property that they speak of nor the other random amenities that they state they offer. Though for the most part it's clean no bugs. To add it be nice if we state two adults can we at least maybe get enough towels for even one adult!?

Absolutely do not stay here. Only stayed one night and had a terrible experience. Don't let the pictures fool you, it is not a well maintain establishment. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke, there was mold in the bathrooms, TV remote was missing the power button, elevator was gross and had scratched graffiti on the door. This is an independently operated establishment so they don't have to abide by Wyndham's standards. Now that that's out of the way let me tell you about my quest to get 2 bottles of water from the vending. We are stating on the 3rd floor, and all the floors have 2 soda vending machines and one for snacks. The machine on our floor would not take credit card or bills so i went to the 2nd floor. I felt iffy about using the card reader so I put in 5 dollars because 1 bottle cost 2.50. The machine dispenses the 1 bottle and I wait for my change. The change that comes out is all dimes. What am I going to do with a fistful of dimes. I try to put dimes back in the vending machine but it wont accept them. So I had to just get a Reese's out of the snack machine because I didn't want to carry this ungodly amount of dime with me. So based on all these issues, do not stay here even if it looks affordable.

Unfortunately the elevator was out of order so I had to carry my bags up thankfully on 1 flight of stairs. The bathroom toilet chain to flush needed replacing, so I had to lift lid to reattach to flush. And lastly the desk in room wasn’t cleaned properly and there was a sticky substance which I believe was honey that stuck to my papers. Otherwise, the room was affordable and ok for 1 night stay. Front desk Staff was courteous so that was a plus!

Needs updating. Very warn hotel. Would not stay again for $240 a night.

Location and cost were good. Beds were soft. Long check in line/1 staff member doing all check ins, loud metal box frames for beds, floor and room reeked of bleach/cleaning solution, and the cockroach in the bathroom. Loud guests during evening. Tiny window.

That I was able to find a location in a better area. That the location of the property is in a very undesirable location.
