Norwood Inn & Suites Milwaukee

Upon leaving my bags were moved out of room book bag was opened and some stole my iPad and a pack of underwear and Im missing contacts I had to make an police report and manager still hasn't called me back yet I called multiple times and left a message to the guy at the front desk who took my name down and number he says the same thing every time and says the manager is not on site right now

They were roaches everywhere , bathroom dirty .

Towels were dingy, there were roaches in the room. Location claims silver spring str but its behind it.

I wouldn’t book again or recommend others to book. My reservation includes Continental Breakfast, however tables were undone, forget about anything - even coffee was not offered. Gangway was full of cigarette buds. Overall looks like an unmaintained property.

The customer service and knowledge of the surrounding area was very helpful.

When I walked into the room there was a Target bag wrapped around the smoke detector. The air ventilation system look like it had been kicked in the plastic piece that protects all the internal parts was laying on the ground. Took us a half hour to get the shower to work and then we had to run it for a long time just to get warm water. The lampshade was broken look like it was burnt and hanging off the lamp. Breakfast consisted of two choices of dry cereal, watered down orange juice and apple juice, seriously you could even see the water had been added into the Juice mix because it came out clear. A couple pieces of toast and one honey bun. This was a sad experience. It's like everyone gave up.

The hotel was extremely run down and the hallways and my room were disgustingly filthy. Staff were apathetic and unhelpful.

Staff was rude. The place was dirty and loud. I couldn't even stay there, I had to go to a different hotel.

Reasonable price

Awful! Filthy, the entire room. Broken lamps filthy floors, disgusting barely laundered sheets, no comforter, bathtub, awful, I didn’t use it… Never again, shame on them! SAR

My room wasn’t clean properly,my bath towels were dirty and had stains on them, pillowcases with stains and also dingy,,inside the shower was horrible,it’s bubbling around the tub and walls,,toilet is rocky had a random lady knock on my door offering me drugs while she stays there with her kids!! The room wasn’t ready when I arrived, the floor had food and trash and the bathroom wasn’t clean and no clean towels

I love the people at Norwood suites. The same guys have worked there for the past five years now it can get a little rowdy on the weekend but it’s all in good fun. No one gets hurt no major problems a lot of laughing and a lot of smiling and if you have a problem, they will address it right away and make sure you’re comfortable with your stay. I’ll be back next weekend guys.

This property is not well maintained and it made my stay less than desirable.

Dirty sheets and dirty bathroom. It was awful. I would never stay there again.

The place was extremely nasty, and I kept when I first walked into there. I came into a roach. It was noticeably dirty. They didn’t even attempt to make it seem clean. Even the sheets was dirty. I tried to get my money back, but I got a disrespected response. I have pictures of the roach pictures of the nasty room and I woke up ate up by something and just left early and went home.
