No hot water in my shower.

Room was clean and staff was kind. Parking was awesome.

The location is convenient if attending a conference at the convention center. The staff was friendly. The AC at first did not work. It took a while for it to be corrected. They brought me a box fan. There were issues with the sink and toilet. The room was only cleaned once.

Downtown location The toilet paper roll was missing. The freezer wouldn’t freeze. And most of the outlets in the room wouldn’t hold a plug - they just fell out.

This was a terrible stay experience. The AC did not work, they told me that all rooms were that way (which was not true. I had colleagues in other rooms without that issue). Finally a manager moved me to another room because hot water was also not working but then the air was worse. It was overall a terrible stay experience and the cookies were not fresh.

Great location. Lots of space and great functional design - big tvs in bedroom and living room, bathroom separate from sink and mirrors, and nice counter space by microwave/frig and entry way. The cookies at check in are so good.

Very clean room at a nice hotel in downtown Minneapolis for a reasonable price

We liked how big our room was. It felt airy and we slept so well. We couldn't get the air conditioner to work. By this morning it was starting to get stuffy in there.

No hot water for multiple guests for multiple days. Supposedly it’s been months since they’ve had hot water even though they say it was fixed, do not believe them.

Air conditioner/ heat was a little rough. The manager staff was very helpful in retrieving left behind property. Most helpful.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. It’s close enough to walk to Target Field and has a good variety of restaurants nearby.

Overall this hotel was great and served its purpose. But on the last day the water was shut off and we weren't notified of it at all. So we had no water. And the last little bit of overflow water to try and shower before flying back home was ice cold. I dont feel that anyone was accommodating or apologetic in regard to this matter and that was pretty shocking. Because prior to, everything had went smoothly up until that point.

Location was central and within walking distance of the sights we wanted to see. Room was huge, very clean and comfortable.. The only negative was that 1 of the lifts wasn't working and the remaining 2 were incredibly slow.
