Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Downtown

Traveled for business easy access to skywalk tunnels downtown to navigate through the area out of the rain and the elements. Plenty of food locations nearby and close to target center. Breakfast was a bonus very attentive staff and make to order omeletes everyday! Room was perfect had space to work and was just right for this solo business traveler

the hotel feels a bit tired. rugs feel dirty in the halls. but the big reveal was that the window shade in my bedroom fell off the window in the middle of the night. and they couldn't fix it. Hotel sold out and for the next two nights had flashing neon in my room. unfortunate experience.

The breakfast and the location As a Hilton honors member who has stayed at multiple Embassy Suites locations, this one fell short. The pool was closed which was the MAIN reason we booked this hotel since we were staying with our kids. NO SHAMPOO OR HANDWASH(found out while showering). Boogers on the shower curtain, NO pillows or blankets for the pull out bed, which was CLEARLY NOT cleaned, made, or had sheets switched out from the last guests. Very disappointed in this location. The only bright spot is the breakfast.

Loved Ryan and Adel. Ryan entertains in the funnest way. Adel makes omelettes with love and joy. With these folks I'd come back again.

Would definitely stay in this hotel again. Hotel well maintained, rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Nice area to stay as well.

This location was very convenient and close to the venue that we were going to. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The young lady checking us in was very helpful and friendly and the overnight manager was also very kind and helpful. The valet parking staff was also very friendly and helpful. There was one afternoon to 10:30pm shift that was pretty gruff and not friendly, but the rest were great. Breakfast was great and the chefs were wonderful. The room was just okay, not what we normally experience at Embassy Suites. The coach had some stains on it. We needed to use the pull out bed and it was not good at all. The sheets and blankets were horrible. We grabbed a blanket that we brought with us in the car because the blanket offered smelled horrible, felt horrible and was disgusting. We asked and received a different one and it also smelled horrible and was not good. Luckily we were only there one night, so we made due. The main bed was clean, though. This hotel is great for its location and the majority of the staff was amazing! If you expect a higher end hotel with clean sheets and blankets and sofas then you may be disappointed.

What a downtown gem. Clean, comfy beds. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great and omelettes were delicious! Evening reception was a nice wind down from the day! We also loved that many things were in walking distance. Definitely would stay again!

I loved the spaciousness of the rooms and they accommodated us in regards to adjoining rooms. The only issue I had was the cleaning staff didn't clean our room 2 nights in a row. I loved the room so much that I still gave it a 5 star.

The valet parking is too expensive! $150 for 2 nights after fees and $20 extra for a Tahoe! What a Ripoff!
