Hampton Inn by Hilton Moab

The bed linens were paper thin. The shower had very little water pressure. The breakfast was poor. For the price, one would expect more from a Hampton Inn.

Cameron checked me in and was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. There was also a nice selection for a tasty breakfast. I highly recommend.

Room did not have towels, and it took over an hour to get them

Very nice, except I don't like community soaps and lotions, etc.

The website did not mention that the swimming pool was closed. I specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool. My vacation and overall experience were completely ruined. This was the worst disappointment I could have experienced.

Super clean, new hotel. Breakfast was decent with many warm and cold options. They have bagged breakfast if you want something on the go.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Moab which was withing walking distance of all the shops and restaurants, so we did not need to move our car- bonus! The hotel was clean and the front desk staff so helpful on check in. We were given a huge room ( turned out to be an ADA or accessible room) that was great for our 3 night stay. The only complaint we had was that the mattresses were a little hard for our liking, but everything else was great. They had a nice pool and small hot tub, but we just didn't have time to try them out. The breakfast was ok- a little more variety on subsequent mornings would have been nice. Coffee was great though, nice and hot! We would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again!

The staff were soooo nice! I haven't had customer service like that in a long, long time!

We had trouble getting the TV to work in our room. The clerk was very quick to repair it. We didn’t have a phone in our room. There was no computer in the business office. The ice machine on the first floor was broken.

Our stay was very enjoyable. There was one thing we were disappointed in was the shower head could have a better spray.

Great place to stay in Moab. Clean rooms and pleasant staff. Great location, close to local shops and only a few miles to the National Park. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a beautiful large room. The only disappointment today was the breakfast didn't meet the standard of Hampton Inn.

Very clean, good breakfast. The pool was being redone so we couldn’t use it. Nice big room.

I had a great overnight stay. The room was very clean, and the man at the desk was super helpful. It was very relaxing after a long day of driving.

The price was too much due to the pool and hot tub were out of order for remodeling. I will not be staying there on my next visit to Moab
