This should not be advertised on your site. Trash all over. No towels in the room.The locks on the door did not work. Just horrible and I never try to down grade but this place should be shame.

Nothing! They refused to allow me check in, purchased a second room and was still declined because a manager was not on site. I’ve never heard of a hotel where only a manger can check you in Nothing! Rude and horrible experience

nothing at all everything holes in the walls towels with stains bathroom dirty pool was green like toxic waste stair rails were broken if we weren't in a state of emergency I would have left.

The staff was really nice- The rooms someone could easily break in with a knife or card the outside of the doors and building needs a fresh paint job and update.

I was very dissatisfied with the hotel and the pool.

The hotel should not be recommended to any guests Roaches in the room, fire alarm destroyed, mold and mildew with a terrible smell. Bathroom toilet cracked and the tub damaged with no shower curtain.

Only thing that I liked about it was that it’s so close to town. I didn’t like how when me and my 3yo son entered the building the AC was not working for the employees. The first room they gave us the door was literally broken, there was no elevator to get to our room comfortably. There must have been very little staff because they never came to clean our room during our stay and I had to ask for towels they were never accessible unless asked for. Pool was not working it was green. We were put on the second floor with all our baggage, staff didn’t help us up the stairs. I asked to change rooms and they gave us a room still no clean towels after waiting for staff to clean a room for us the door wasn’t broken that time but we didn’t stay that night after seeing what the new room looked like I was just over it and wanted a refund nobody was at the front when we packed up and came in the lobby so I called up there and asked for a refund and they just ended up setting the phone down for over 30 minutes so I had to hang up I tried to call back nobody answered. So we only ended up staying there for two nights it was a bad experience

Terrible stay. Property was in the poor condition. Room was dirty. No towels in room. Poor furniture. Dirty floors and area. Do not recommend

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD ! Sheets were dirty and stained up . Refrigerator didn't work and let off a putrid smell. No trash can. Wasp nest that was never taken care of. Floors , walls , door, really the whole room was dirty . If zero stars was an option thats what id give . Pool was green and closed. Looked like it hadn't been used in a long time . Night shift was vaping while dealing with tenants . Lobby was closed and we had to search for a way into our room also Noone to be found !!! Don't waste your money here! Breakfast was stale cereal. Will never stay here again .

I could not stay there. They gave me two rooms. The first the door could not be opened. The second the door could not be locked. The pool of the property looks like is filled with sewage. air conditioner is leaking water into the hallways. Do not trust in the pictures or description.

The place was appalling. There was no receptionist when we walked in and we had to wait; floor was sticky and dirty; bathroom tub is peeled and walls are dirty; there was a single towel and no facecloths or hand towels. At 6:00 AM I went to have breakfast and checkout, and found a sign saying reception not open until 8:00 AM. So, there was no breakfast as advertised. That’s the worst place I have stayed at in the past 7 years.

1 pillow for king bed, only a towel in the room, breakfast wasn't serviced. The morning person more concerned about her phone.
