Towneplace Suites By Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Morrisville

MJ was great she was...

It's my "go to" when I go to Morrisville for work.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The room were very clean, comfortable and the staff was EXCELLENT! The location was great... 10mins form the airport. Price could be better, but I would book againe.

Exceeded my expectations, as most chains of this nature leave a lot to be desired. The only complaint was the shuttle service to the airport. We were advised that it ran 24 hours. Then told it would be an Uber service that the hotel would book and pay for. Then we were advised that we had to cover the cost. You definitely need to get this fixed, as it clearly stated that there is free shuttle service from/to the airport.

Clean and nice hotel

Hotel was very clean, friendly attentive staff, what we didn’t like was the noise from the floor above us every morning. Very thin walls, pillows not the most comfortable, and the position of our tv on a side wall was annoying.

Clean, staff very helpful and responsive. Room was perfect.

We found the staff very accomodating with our requests. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there for a medical appointment and will return for future visits.

Great staff, easy check in and out process

good

Wonderful hotel. Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Nothing at all.

Nice and well maintained hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. The only thing that needs improvement was the breakfast. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I loved it!!

Awesome staff! Super close to the airport and interstate to get you to anywhere worth going. The property was also clean inside and out. Definitely will stay again.

Very comfortable beds. Nice shower. Seemed old fashioned.

I recently completed a one-night stay at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback. Overall, I had a good stay; the rooms were clean and the hospitality was great. However, I wanted to bring an issue to your attention. The water from the bathroom sink had a strong odor similar to sewer water. I noticed this after brushing my teeth, so I used bottled water the following morning before checking out for my flight. I hope they can look into this issue to ensure it is addressed for future guests.

Super clean room and good breakfast

Loved the efficiency suite, it even had a mini dishwasher!

The room was actually better in person than the pictures online it was truly a suite! I love the place, would highly recommend and would definitely revisit if I’m ever in Raleigh again!

Very clean facility. Felt safe at this hotel. Staff was extremely helpful. Absolutely nothing.
