Very clean, friendly staff, best hotel breakfast i have had while at a hotel

Staff was AMAZING!!

The location was very close everything and the staff was very attentive. The carpets could be updated or cleaned

I stayed at three local hotels and this one had the most comfortable bed and best breakfast!

Stay there for work and it’s great.

The staff was extremely helpful. There was a glitch with how the reservation was made in the Holiday Inn computer system. Late in day on Sunday the staff person was persistent in getting the information needed and solving the problem. Kudos to Ashley. Ashley and another staff member were helpful in giving us information about nearby dining options.

clean room, decent breakfast

Room were clean and ready to go in upon arrival.The staff was super nice and helpful . Breakfast was super, and coffee was available 24 hours .. came back to hotel about 9 pm one night and a tractor trailer was blocking about 20 of the parking spaces. Another regular truck and trailer was blocking another 10 or so .. The parking is the only negative . Overall excellent stay …

Clean room, good breakfast, lots of options, easy parking, Mexican restaurant across from hotel - very convenient.

Exceptional

Our room was newly remodeled and in beautiful condition! We enjoyed relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast served with hot and cold options. Staff was friendly and provided everything we asked for. We will definitely stay again!

The room was clean, however our fridge wasn’t working when we arrived and they replaced it with a fridge that was much larger than the spot it went in. So it sat in the small walkway from the bathroom to beds. We also weren’t able to get towels as they were very behind and it wasn’t until that night we were able to. We also weren’t able to check in at 3pm because our room wasn’t ready in time. Otherwise, just okay! The pool was clean, and the room itself was clean! Breakfast was just like any other hotel breakfast. Would stay again.

The room was very worn-blind didn’t cover entire window, tub caulk missing, tub knob loose, only one hand towel, AC made a rattling noise Breakfast was fine but will not be staying there again!

Spacious rooms, good breakfast, proximity to Isle of Palms. Weekly room service was a minus, wished it was at least every other day. It has me conflicted on tipping too.

Nice stay at a good price

The staff is WONDERFUL. Roaches under the fridge in the room, and a serious need for a bathroom refresh. The tv signal was intermittent and the window shade had to be repaired while I was there.
