Spark by Hilton Murfreesboro

The building has been remodeled and look good. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was only a Continental breakfast and the building inside everywhere smell great.

The staff was awful. Rude . Didn’t want to be bothered I always try to stay at Hilton hotels but this one is so bad . Go across the street to Baymont! Much better

Facility was fine $75 fee at your supposedly 'pet friendly' hotel was outrageous and completely out of market. We will be contacting Booking. com to tell them to de-list you as pet friendly. We will not be staying at Spark again.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the staff kept bringing boxes of kleenex instead.

Bathroom was unclean, common areas looked good, breakfast was very limited with some items not refilled.

Indoor pool was not open, sink was not working properly in the bathroom, & fruit at breakfast was old. The lobby smelled strongly of perfume when checking in as if it was being used as an air freshener. One elevator would make a ringing call sound as if there was an emergency. The price for the space was very reasonable, and beds were comfortable.

The location was great with the restaurants and stores I frequent My previous stay with anther Spark provided sausage and eggs for breakfast. Didnt like the continental breakfast at this location.

Staff was great, but we had bad leak in our room. Staff moved us to a new room, and were helpful.

I was disappointed that the swimming pool was not working because that is one of the reasons why I booked that hotel

It was old and the room was not clean and the breakfast was horrible for the price that I paid for this room for the night. It was not worth the money do better.

Pool doesn’t work . This needs to be noted on booking website . Breakfast was mediocre.

For being a Hilton, the upkeep was not good.

Check in was easy. I booked online through booking.com, but our plans changed and we arrived around 2am a day in advance. Lucky for me a young man with the name George greeted me on arrival I told him my situation and I was a day early. He got me all checked in no problem for the extra stay. When I went to check in the next morning for my original stay I was informed George already took care of it for me because I looked so exhausted at check in that morning. Customer service goes a long way with me and George treated me like royalty. I can't complain about anything

Clean and inexpensive Breakfast was not very good. Lack freshness.

I thought the hotel was nice, having said that it could have been better. Especially for the cost of the room. There was no coffee maker in the room which I thought was significant since most other hotels furnish their rooms with a coffee maker. Now I understand that this was a budget hotel but there should at least be water glasses in the room. They come in handy when a person has to brush their teeth. The staff were very nice, no complaints there. Overall nice stay and I would stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was great it could have been better could’ve had scrambled eggs sausage biscuits would have been better

Our room was large and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. We will stay here again when traveling to Florida.
