Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach-West

This hotel was an excellent choice. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. It is convenient to the outlet mall and close to the university.

friendly staff, clean room

Our room is suffering from moldy hinges and door in bathroom! All around base of toilet! Other than that room was spotless! Cookies were tasty! Could use 4 waters for the two of us. Know that won’t happen!

Exceptional

Very good

The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast gave a variety of choices. The rooms need some renovation and updated furniture.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing I have to say is they advertise two queen beds and they are actually full beds. I know that some may not think that’s a big difference but it is. Other than that, the coffee was always hot no matter what time of the day breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent.

Don’t bother staying here. Rooms are large and that’s where it ends. Nothing is updated. Cigarette butts outside the property everywhere. Whole property outdated

Clean and staff were friendly

Plenty of room! Not enough handicap parking

Everything AC a bit loud

Good

Very friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the cleaning service. Breakfast was fantastic. Only issue we had was the air conditioner rattled, but a little trap on the cover fixed it.

Clean great breakfast hotel like new Toilet to short

Great places to stay. Right off the highway and a few restaurants in the area. Just a remarkable place to stay.

Staff and everything was amazing. Love the experience and time spent there.

The room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was top notch for a hotel. Just what we expect from a Hampton. And we were not disappointed by this one.

The lobby smells like smoke terrible first impression. The hotel is dark and dingy not at all what I expected.

Great stay. Room was great and bed was comfortable

Loved the cleanliness of the factory. The Continental breakfast was great. Overall excellent value. I would stay again The wifi never worked and only light coffee was offered
