I really wanted to give The Old Naples Hotel a 5 out of 5. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, the service and attention to detail fell short of what you expect from a hotel of this caliber. We stayed four nights with two additional rooms on our reservation. Despite calling twice weeks in advance to mention a milestone birthday, no upgrade was offered. Having heard the hotel was only 45% occupied, I expected more attention to the guest experience. Having been open since May, there has also been ample time to work out the kinks. The valet team and bartenders were fantastic, especially Tucker and Jay. Unfortunately, other areas were disappointing. One of our family members never received his room service 24 hours into the stay. My coffee order was wrong almost every morning at the shop, and breakfast with my daughter involved a 20 minute wait for coffee and an incomplete meal. Her breakfast was supposed to include scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast, but only the eggs arrived. One morning, it took 30 minutes to receive a bucket of ice, and I had to call back just to follow up. The rooftop pool is stunning, but the lack of restrooms and a dedicated bar makes the experience inconvenient. Guests must take the elevator to the 2nd floor for restrooms, while staff travel back & forth to fulfill food and drink orders. We also never received nightly turndown service. At this price point, the details matter, & the guest exper

Beautiful hotel! Unfortunately, our room had AC problems. It is a new hotel and they need to improve mechanical gremlins. Katie, guest manager, was outstanding and addressed our concerns. Diana, server, was attentive and professional.

Everything and anything was wrong. Staff never got trained correctly. Hotel was still under construction and half the amenities were closed. But we still got charged full price. No hot water in the shower. Drilling noises right next to us eating breakfast. Got lied to about what room we were getting. Overall it was a zero.
