The base boards were torn off and the carpet had sheetrock dust all over the carpet.

room was clean staff was friendly and helpful, Indoor pool is Great.

The bathroom sink was clogged and the pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast was subpar. Not a lot of breakfast items available and the area was dirty. I did not see any staff cleaning the counters or the tables in between people eating. I have stayed here many times and this is the worse I have experienced

The hotel is in need of renovation. It was as clean as old can be. Most windows facing the parking lot have had the seals popped so the glass is all foggy. We were in a two room suite. The tv in the living room area did not work. All the while we were there, we had a mechanical sound go off for 3 seconds every 30 seconds. It almost sounded like a toilet with a problem. All evening, all night, all morning. Then the 2 in- wall air conditioners, in both rooms, took turns turning on and off. A noisy stay. Breakfast buffet did not look appetizing so we went across the street to Mc Donald’s.

The room was clean, pool was nice and big, breakfast was decent.

Room issues. Both sleeper sofa beds used on different nights/rooms didn’t have sheets, even after telling staff the first night. Adjustable shower head wouldn’t stay high enough on mounted pole and always turned towards the wall.

AC unit temperature control wasn't the best. Set temperature at 75 and had to shut it off because it never stopped cooling. Lighting was not the best.

The front desk was very helpful with allowing us to check in early after rain stopped our regular plans. The breakfast was varied with hot and cold items, waffle maker, toaster, and microwave. The inside of the facilities need updating. The hot tub did not work, didn't have a clean-smooth bottom, (breaks in the concrete?), and above the water line was dirty. The pool was a bit better, but is in need of repairs. The workout room was 'out of order'.

Room appearance was clean, however it had an extremely fowl mildew odors, asked another guest about thier room and they had same issue so we used lots of lysol and deodorizer, toilet started turning black after couple days as if they didn’t use a bleach cleaner to clean with

Eggs where hard. Sausage links where hard. Not a good breakfast The beds are most uncomfortable beds ever slept on. And the breakfast sucks

A man with a sawzal I think drilling into door jams and cutting new holes in the doors went on for the 2.5 hours we were there. TV and WiFi were both out of service. We went to the front desk to say we were leaving and wanted a refund. The girl would not provide the last name of her manager who was not there. She said we would have to call in the morning. I filed complaints with Expedia, and my bank.

The rooms were spacious and the pool was great for the kids. The breakfast was basic, but the coffee cold. Kwik Trip is very close. Affordable option for the area.

No lights on in the parking lot until after 10PM. Lobby extremely warm AC not on. Check in was slow. Breakfast mediocre at best. Rooms were shabby and needing repainting.

My room was clean and the shower was great but my sink drained very slow which was problematic when washing hands because it would fill up. I had bath towels and wash cloths but they didn’t give me any hand towels. Last year the pool was closed so we called this year to make sure it was open and were told yes, however, an inspector came through and closed it till further notice and it never reopened. The breakfast was also not as good as past years. The hotel was under new ownership and seems to be declining. I hope they can turn it around because our group has been staying there every August for the past ten years and it has really gone down hill the last three years.
