Very quaint and nice staff. The pullout couch/bed didn’t work and was not comfortable.

Everything. Staff was great. Room was awesome. Great location close to everything but far enough away it’s quiet. The bar needs to stay open later.

Exceptional

Staff was very nice, rooms were clean, but the quality was horrible. Toilet was broke, door handle was broke, faucet in bathroom was broke (no hot water) , and the hanger on the door was broke. The windows were so gross and green. The staff did give us access to another room to use the restroom. We won’t be back

Everything! The room, the overall facilities, the location. Room was absolutely immaculate, wonderful view. The staff coming in and leaving would always speak to us. If we had a question or needed something, they were on top of it. The location was close enough to downtown you could walk there, but not too close that all the hustle and bustle would disturb you when trying to sleep. 10/10 I wish I could have stayed longer!

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was the breakfast area was freezing cold so our breakfast got cold quick. I would book here again though.

The dining area was freezing; temp at 55°. By the time you got your food to the table it was cold. Same breakfast every day. Halls by the rooms were also very cold. Paid $16 for an Old-fashioned, that was not an Old-fashioned.

Breakfast was delicious. The variety was a plus. Bacon was very good. No ice machine on the floor I stayed on.

The room was clean. Only issue was a crack/ hole in the window and also found an unpleasant critter, a roach on a bathroom floor towel.

Had a wonderful stay at the mercantile . It’s off the beaten path somewhat so it’s EXTREMELY QUIET !! Yet it’s still only a 10 minute walk to the casino and 15 minute walk to French Quarter. Will stay here again when I return to NOLA

I want to say we really enjoyed the property EVERYONE WAS AMAZING FRONT STAFF and VALET made sure we was comfortable. The room was amazing, So, I surprised my boyfriend for his 44th bday. I secretly came to the property to set up for our stay and he was so surprised. Mr Thomas at check in was so helpful gave us complimentary drink coupons for his birthday. I was so happy when staff take so much pride in their job to make their guest feel welcome. Thanks guys will be back in Nov.

Very convenient location. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful

The property was nice. Parking is a bit difficult if you chose to street park to save a little $. The room we had on 8th floor got a little too warm for us as the thermostat was motion censored in sitting area. The staff was very helpful and had a fan we could use. The mattress was shorter then the frame and was more like a foam mattress not a tradional one.

The room was hot and smelled, specifically the bedding. The room wasn't very clean and they only had ice machines on 2 floors! The cable kept cutting out too! I wouldn't stay here again. We actually left early, didn't stay the second night and they wouldn't refund me.
