Hotel prices in NYC have recently skyrocketed and I chose this place for a one night stay at a reasonable distance from my client's office. It was quite possible the WORST experience I've had in NYC in traveling there for nearly 30 years on a regular basis. The cost was just shy of 800/night and if it were 200 or even 300 I might not have reviewed it so badly. Wifi was nonfunctional. Room was tiny with bright flourescent lighting and smelled of cleaning chemicals. Front desk staff were not too friendly and work from behind a glass enclosure. The saving grace is that it's also close to the Lower East Side, so I was able to at least enjoy a good evening before shuffling back to my lousy and heavily overpriced room. BEWARE!

It was a good spot great location. The room smelled very clean but kind of too strong with scented cleaner. Beautiful views from the 12th floor!

First impression was priceless- the reception allowed us to check in early when we got there which was a huge bonus. Location is fantastic- soho just about 15 min walk, little Italy Manhattan bridge and so much more. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Freshly painted it seems. Bed/linens very comfortable. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Smaller scale continental breakfast but enough. Also there is water fountain and coffee machine in the lobby and it is free. Room is small and not enough storage so pack lightly. A bit pricey for where it is and the size but would go back nevertheless. Staff is phenomenal.

Our room was in the cellar. We paid for a queen size bed and got a full size that moved across the tile floors. There was a door to an outside patio that was locked. No cover or curtain on it. Outside the window was a shed. The shower did not drain properly. The AC was broken so it was 83 degrees in room with a fan on. We paid $1000 for 2 nights. We did not eat the breakfast but was told it’s on the 13th floor.

Awful breakfast. Was also double charged by staff for a late check out
-
Room and lobby smelled like Clorox or bleach very unpleasant! Rates for a closet sized room not acceptable
-
The entire room smelled like cleaning supplies and almost un breathable

Kismat (the front desk reception) and the rest of the staff were so kind! This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I highly recommended it. Clean facility and a wonderful breakfast with an incredible view in Manhattan.

The hotel is okay. It is super clean. The only bad thing is the neighborhood.
-
Staff was lovely and helpful. The room was quite small, as to be expected, but had everything I needed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. You can hear other guests coming and going, especially at night, so if that bothers you, just bring ear plugs! Would stay here again.

I would like to get my refund my money back because it's very noisy and Dirty towels and not safe place I don't like at all I moved another Hotel because of dirty Towels and noisy places unsafe
-
Rooms were small, but the breakfast was good. The location was good to explore. And great restaurants in the area. Also near a subway station
-
dirty room. hair and eyelashes all over room. I was offered a full refund to leave but could not as I had to stay in NYC that night. Was given a different room, but turned out that that room was dirty too but in a different way. toilet was covered in poop, as if no one cleaned it before check in. Fed up and tired, I accepted it and stayed the duration of my stay because I had no other option at the night. Front desk staff were nice and understanding, but overall the hotel rooms were very dirty and disgusting. Not to mention the second one also was hot and the air did not work properly. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. ESPECIALLY for the price! All in total $520 for one night in a disgusting hotel. NEVER AGAIN!

Worst Days Inn property I’ve stayed. No Wi-Fi, breakfast below Days Inn usual standards. I’m usually easy going but my experience was disappointing.

Blinking light overhead. Noisy building. Noisy bed. Room wasn't very clean. Water was good.
