Five Towns Inn - JFK Airport

the staff and airport shuttle were great!

Room was partially clean. Staff member we met when we arrived was superb. Did not use laundry or parking. Shuttle service to and from was great.

They shouldn't allow guests to smoke because

If you are looking for a place to stay for a few days, this hotel is for you. Very friendly staff, cleaning spot on. The breakfast is minimal but enough if you are looking for a quick bite. If not, there is a Burger King to the left and a Costco to the right. Is located in an area not explorable but they have close by a bus station (Q113/Q114) that can take you all the way to Mott Av and once off you walk like 3 minutes and you will get to Far Rockaway-Mott Av subway station where you take the A line to Brooklyn and Manhattan. That same line can take you back to the same station. If you are a light sleeper, I will recommend earplugs since every door slam you will hear. When you arrive on the airport, make sure to take the Airtrain to Federal Circle station and once there, call to the number to request pick up. Be aware that it might take longer waiting time because of traffic. Pretty good experience.

We needed a room near the airport. This place was fantastic, clean, friendly, and convenient, and they even provide a FREE shuttle to the airport or anywhere you need to go. Highly, highly recommended!!!

One night stay, while waiting for my flight. Staff was excellent and the shuttle bus driver took us to our building instead of the general area of drop off. That was very helpful.

Towel racks are coming off the walls and I think the Hotel could use a good remodel. The staff is excellent and they go above and beyond to help the travelers.

Location Staff was rude, and they had a maintenance scheduled right before the check out. No water supply from 9am to 3pm. It was so disappointing. When i asked the receptionist that how we will manage without water supply in morning, she said owners will be here in the morning you can talk to them. She cannot help it.

In all my stays at this hotel, it always clean, smells good, the staff are awesome, they remember me and greet me by my name at walking inside, temperature in the room is great, the bathroom also clean and good conditions...the house keeping staff are good respectfull and kind, like the idea of having coffee in the lobby, and is very quiet

The staff is very friendly, especially the gentlemen working the evening shift, I think he is retired military United States Airforce, very polite, and very knowledgeable about the area, outstanding customer support and very well mannered.

Bare minimum Staff unhelpful and unprofessional
