Very convenient. Incredibly nice staff.

It was great! Room was small but big enough for a city stay. Bed was super comfortable and I liked the minty soaps and shampoo. The drinks at the bar downstairs were great also! It was a great location and easy to walk to restaurants, parks, shops, and a great location for attending an event at MSG. My only little complaint would be there was no coffee machine in the room. I love a morning Nespresso in bed at a hotel. (Especially when it’s been a party weekend… which isn’t that what’s happening when you’re in town for a Harry styles concert?!? lol). So yeah wished there was a little coffee machine in the room. But wasn’t the end of the world or a deal breaker. I’d stay here again.

Excellent location Staff were very attentive and helpful

Great place to stay right in the heart of Chelsea. Easy access to the subway and walk a few blocks to Union Square, the High Line and Meatpacking District. Perfect amenities for remote work with a spacious 2nd floor lounge, restaurant/Coffee Bar. Reve coffee is also a couple doors down for great morning coffee. Highly recommend for a trip to NYC.

AMAZING VIEW - literally the best view in Manhattan!! Restaurant at the hotel is yummy as well. Nothing, really nice overall
-
Small but very efficient and thoughtfully designed room. Great located and well-updated. My only negative experience was with the elevators- be prepared to wait a bit. Would rebook.

Great hotel! Would stay again

Alarms frequently went off in night and early in morning

Clean room, good amount of space for the 4 of us.

The view from our room was unbelievable!!! The beds were very comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. It was quiet and clean as well. Basically, the only thing I could say that I didn’t like was that the heating and air conditioning system was very loud when it came on .

Front desk staff are rude. All of them. Not accommodating n helpful at all. Location of hotel was great. If I paid $600sh a night for a hotel at least teach ur staff to be nice. Maybe send the staff to a customer service class n learn. I get it it’s nyc people are abrupt but Geesh. Teach the staff customer service

Breakfast was very good. Coffee refills were free. Room was quiet. Breakfast should be included with the stay.

The location was amazing, the rooms were clean and views are nice There was zero storage space in the rooms :/ you had to have everything in your luggage during the whole stay. The bathroom sink was in the room/hall right next to the doors. It was 4 of us in the room and we had to have 4 suitcases on the floor the whole time with no space left. It is not even a cheap hotel.. the staff at the restaurant was not welcoming. Front desk staff was trying to be helpful

We loved the view from the room, and the location of the hotel. The first reception staff that we spoke to was amazing, he was really friendly, had great rapport, and offered brilliant tips for places to eat and visit. Service from staff wasn’t consistent. It would have been useful to be informed that the credit was taken off on the final bill, we’d have preferred to have paid at meals and have the daily credit deducted at that point. There was no kettle or tea/coffee in the room.

The location was very convenient for getting to all parts of NYC. The staff were friendly, available, and helpful. The fitness room was a bit sparse, but I'm glad the hotel had one.
