Room was small which is ok but furniture was cheap and bed and frame were dorm quality

Exceptional

It was ok. I was there for a night. The rooms are small and old, but it served the purpose for the price.
-
Extremely well located, almost perfect location

Location, it was a good value for what it is. Its not a high star hotel, so I didn't expect that kind a of amenities. It was kind of quirky, thought lobby furnishing have seen there better days. My room was huge for NY standards. I could not bleive the amount of space in the room. No coffee in room.

This should not be even a two star hotel - forget 4 stars:( Expedia should do research and not allow these scams to taint their biz - but they probably make more money by accepting inflated labeling. NYC was always inflated but last few years it got unbearable.

The location is great, just steps away from Times Square. There were no towels in the bathroom (apparently, you have to request them at the front desk). The staircases were narrow, the elevators were old and slow, and the rooms were small.

Nothing Dirty, loud, discusting
-
The room we had was small but convenient for as much as we were in it. No microwave or refrigerator.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and it is great for what you need in NYC, super close to the main things, walking distance from a lot of stores, restaurants and sub entrances. Good A/C, everything look very clean (and I'm very picky lol). The staff was super helpful. The only thing during my second stay there was the noise because I had a window, which is actually weird in NYC hotels haha and this was in the middle of time square so for some reason there was a lot of noise around 3am outside, but as I mentioned I stayed there before and the noise was not a problem so this should have been a one time situation. Great price, for location and accomodations.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to Times Square

⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Experience, Not Worth the Money! We stayed at this hotel near Times Square for two nights and spent almost $800, including taxes and food. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was very small, the bathroom was tiny, and the elevators were extremely small and slow. We often had to wait around 15 minutes just to get an elevator, which was very frustrating. For the amount of money we paid, we expected much better facilities, comfort, and service. The overall experience did not justify the price at all. Very poor value for money. I would not recommend this hotel, especially at these prices. Definitely not worth $800 for two nights!

Very good

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. There was an enormous bed bug presence. People on other floors were also complaining about it. The hotel claimed this was normal and there is nothing they could do. We contacted hotels.com and they said they would not help us with any sort of refund as the property had the money. The hotel then said they could not assist with any sort of refund given we booked with hotels.com. Do NOT book with either of these sites. Bed bugs should not be something “expected” when paying $400 per night to stay somewhere.

First the rooms are extremely small with stained carpet. The bed feels likes it’s hardly being held together by screws. The bathroom was so dirty. Front desk staff was fine. Had to store our luggage because our room was not ready yet, and needed to get a few things out hours later because it was still not ready before catching our matinee show. The guy holding our stuff in the room made a big deal how inconvenient it was to get our bags and how he said to get stuff out we needed before. What did he want us to do walk around for 5 hours with our change of clothes and makeup bag? Then he said when you come back you better take care of me. Absolutely NEVER staying here again.

The hotel is in need of many repairs. It is not cleaned well and things are on the verge of breaking. The fact that this place changes a resort fee is unacceptable. The resort fee was not disclosed at the time of booking. The hotel said is was supposed to be disclosed by Expedia. Did not see any disclosure at the time of booking.

Maria at the front desk is AWESOME!

The location is it For what you pay it should have been way better. It was nasty and the room was ran down. Paint peeling, room just down right filthy.

location was great and the room sizes are very good too the staff was exceptionally uncooperative; in my years of travel, I have found the chk in staff highly cooperative allowing early chk in but this hotel has a staff strictly by the book. Don't come to reception before 3 pm. This was v irritating. No drinking water, or kettle in the room - was a great put off.
