Pestana Park Avenue

Lovely hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Not much. The location was close to Grand Central, it was clean. The WiFi didn’t work, the shower head was broken, the room was tiny, even by NYC standards. The lobby is minuscule and there are no real breakfast facilities.

The Pestana Park Avenue was a beautiful, centrally located hotel close to shopping, restaurants, and Grand Central Station. The staff was so kind & helpful, and the coffee & bagels/croissants in the morning were a nice bonus! We highly recommend this hotel when visiting NYC!

Exceptional

The location was superb! Super friendly staff. I was woken up periodically throughout the night due to some type of mechanical buzzing (not sure if it was the elevator or what). It was very disruptive and I didn’t get a restful nights sleep, and neither did my mom. Which was disappointing considering how comfortable the bed was and I read online there was sound proof windows in this hotel. Also my soda from the mini fridge was expired

Very clean. Near everything. I guess the rooms could be a little more spacey.

A nice hotel in Midtown. The location was good for us since we enjoy walking- it’s not right in the center, but everything is within walking distance. The hotel is small and intimate, which we really liked. We appreciated that they acknowledged that we were there to celebrate our honeymoon :) The room was very small and a bit cramped, which was a little uncomfortable for us, but I guess that’s quite common in New York. We were also a little disappointed that our room faced a nearby dental clinic instead of having a city view.

Nice, small hotel with convenient location. David and Carlos at the front desk were especially helpful. Will stay here again.

Amazing location, superb views! Nothing, it was all fantastic!

Good location- close to central station. Comfortable bed and pillows, dark curtains Quiet- could not really hear the street so got good night’s sleep. Aircon a bit loud. Good shower. Coffee machine. Small room but typical for city. Needed more space for storage etc/wardrobe. Needed a kettle.

Clean. Very nice staff. Incredibly small room. Single bunk beds for $900 night was a bit aggressive. Room was maybe 100 sq feet max

La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, la ubicación es perfecta … tienes varios lugares de interés; pero sobre todo el grand terminal, he llegado bastante tarde y la zona es segura; sin duda lo mejor fue el staff que fue siempre súper amable conmigo, súper cercano y gentiles para las recomendaciones y bookings. Ricardo re buena onda. Vuelvo el próximo año!
