Really a good choice for a stay at JFK. Rooms are large, newer and larger than the sister Marriott across the parking lot. But it is the Staff that makes this such a good choice. Every single contact they went out of their way to be helpful. I had stayed there three weeks before this return trip and had left an electric toothbrush by accident upon departure. Three weeks later Housekeeping found my toothbrush and Reception returned it to me. How about that for service? The included breakfast is very good, and for dinner just walk across the short parking lot and eat at Quimbey’s at the Marriott. Residence Inn so much better in many ways than the Marriott across the lot (I no longer stay at the Marriott.)

The room was clean but I wish that the TV was bigger since it is kind of far from the bed. The bed and the pillows were average in comfort. As for the staff, they were very courteous throughout our stay.

Great shuttle access and staff was helpful and very nice.

Great staff - very patient and helped my mom with WiFi connection. Shuttle was there when we arrived. Multiple shuttles available to send guests directly to the terminal instead of federal circle. Breakfast included. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located near JFK. Staff were excellent. Room was fresh and new with a great kitchenette. The only negative note is that the surrounding area was not somewhere I would recommend walking around.

The staff were well trained and very accommodating with special requests. The front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast was tasty and well run.

Location, staff and excellent airport shuttle service. Quimby's is a good restaurant. Pillows need improvement. Also need body lotion.

Everything is perfect. Clean room, good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff and free shuttle bus to and from the airport.
