The Jewel Hotel, New York

The staff were excellent. All of them were Very kind, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy. The location was great! Parking was easy to use and nearby. The Watchhouse coffee shop nearby was excellent!!

Perfect across the board The only NYC hotel I use yr after yr. Photos are accurate. Clean, safe, comfortable. Nice beds. By NY standards rms are Huge. Staff professional, polite,helpful,attentive. Many times I've had packages delivered-no problems. Discreet. Location, location. 2 subway stations near. Pharmacy 1/2 block. 10 min walk to time sq, theater district, Carnegie Hall 15 min, great walk. Central Park 15 min. Literally across street from CBS complex, Radio City Misic Hall. TV studios, famous ice rink. Of course restaurants, groceries, atms near - its NYC! Solo older lady traveler. Of course I'll return

Great location. Functional cozy room. Living Room had great expresso latte machine and comfortable seating. View of St Patrick’s Cathedral just a delight. Rockefeller Center is a favorite NYC area and staying in it is so convenient. Will be back

Wow. We had the best stay my granddaughter became fast friends with Liz. Just an excellent visit to the city!

Room was bigger than expected for it being NY. Had good amenities. Complimentary luggage storage and there was parking nearby. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

Clean room, friendly staff and close to everything. Miss Liz, Miss Leslie and Mr. Sean were very helpful, friendly and made sure that we were happy and made us feel like family. We will definitely comeback and stay again. Thank you for great hospitality.

Great location! Decent sized room with plenty of drawers and hanging hooks. Quiet (we were on 11th floor and inside courtyard view). Really nice offering of unlimited refillable water bottles, right on our (each?) floor. No problems with WiFi, except having to rechoose it each day, it didn’t automatically connect or stay connected, which was fine. Ideally might have liked a king sized bed and a full sized end table on each bedside, but not a deal breaker. Extremely happy with this hotel for our vacation!

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff.

Great front desk staff. Very personable and friendly. Very useful information on avoiding certain street meats sold in NYC. Very funny convo. Room had a great view which we would have missed if the front desk staff didn’t encourage us to keep. (We were tempted to swift rooms because the elevator to 15 was down but one flight of stairs was worth it for the view.)

As a solo female traveler, I loved staying that the Jewel Hotel, and hope to again in the future. My room was clean, well designed, and the bed was comfortable. The staff helped with everything I asked for, from where to have dinner to setting up a taxi to take me to JFK. I felt safe and the location was excellent.
