Awesome location, felt very safe, amazing restaurants to choose from. Will definitely be back.

Great stay! We loved the top floor bar, and the ground floor grill. Awesome staff and experience.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

This place was great. Soup to nuts. Tyreik welcomed us, after finding out it was our 25th anniversary, he upgraded our room and had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us, with a lovely note. The view was perfection, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the Standard Grill and the rooftop bar were both fantastic.

Rooms are decent but very noise so definitely not a quiet place to sleep.

The rooms are a really good size and the position of the hotel is in a nice area and convenient for west village, high line and Chelsea. The noise from the club at the top of the hotel is unbearable if you want to get to sleep on the weekend(I was on the 5th floor) Also the restaurant is poorly managed and often under staffed. Front desk staff could not be less interested. I stayed 5 nights this time and they made 0 effort to interact. I’ve stayed here twice before. This has been my experience every time. I wont stay here again. There are plenty of better options in NYC.

Location is very good, especially the views from Room 823. We also liked the inclusion of breakfast in the room charge The "music" drifiting down from the top floor sometimes until 3.00 am. We also did not feel it was appropriate to have to purchase an international power adapter plug from the mini bar when all other hotels on our extended round-world trip provided them free of charge

Location and views are excellent. It’s at the heart of the Meatpacking district. Next to the Whitney and shopping. Room has floor to ceiling windows and running views of the NJ skyline. The restaurants are all charming. The Grill and the bakery cafe and bar. There is a night club on the roof. The breakfast is included and is both sit down or takeaway. The room is charming and the bed comfortable. The bathroom has a tub and a shower stall with separate toilet. The minibar is well stocked.

Liberty Suite is amazing… Nyheila at the front desk is 5-star customer service

I think the property is in idea location The Chelsea piers, highland walkway were extremely close, the museum and the little land all in the walking distance. Na

Great location . Great room view Ang great room deco On the downside there’s all the public area in this property- Theres no lobby bar for you to just hang out and have a proper drink before dinner The hotel restaurant is a different part and it doesn’t feel like an organic part of the property The roof top is deserted and it’s got a very unpleasant chlorine smell due to the deserted jacuzzi inside And the lobby is the most unwelcoming lobby’s I’ve ever seen For the price that I’ve paid I really expected more

Fantastic location. Great rooms. Good amenities. The room had an incredible view, the bed was comfy, and even though it was a small room, we had enough space. Maybe just a few more little amenities, like snacks or more water. They could put a door on the closet too instead of the drape. Very minor.

Everything! It was honestly perfect in every sense. The food, the service, the staff, the facilities, the communal spaces and their design-led approach, the availability of umbrellas and bikes free of charge for guests, location was ideal, right in the heart of the meatpacking district and high line just underneath, the views, the cleanliness… I could go on!!! No notes! Amazing stay, we were gutted to check out! We will be back

Location

The Standard exceeded our expectations! It’s a great escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC, located right near green spaces like the High Line and Little Island. While we weren’t interested in the nearby high-end retail, Greenwich Village was just a short walk away with lots of dining options. The rooms are small and definitely geared just for sleeping, but the dining room on ground floor provided a great space to relax or work. If you're there before 7 AM you can take advantage of the free coffee cart. This area and the adjoining Biergarten were fun, affordable spots for our family. Plus, the location felt safe and convenient enough for our 10-year-old daughter to autonomously walk between our room and the restaurant on her own. For this purpose, the Standard was perfect.
