Everything in the room was Excellent. Especially the bed and pillows. 😁

The property is very clean and the rooms are spacious!

Door to pool fell off the hinges as a lady opened it. Hot tub worked the first day but the jets did not work the second day. Bar is hardly ever open. Got a rancid glass of red wine and told the bartender. He said they do t serve that kind much and that was all he said. Did not offer refund or another type of wine. Asked for a vodka with grapefruit as was skeptical about ordering wine after the first time. I saw the bartender smelling the juice in the bottle and I told him I would pass on that as well. Asked for towels for room and it took so long g we could not shower before our dinner reservation. Do not recommend this hotel at all!

Very nice property, excellent pool and hot tub. You won’t find out until you get there, but it’s $35 a day to park and it’s not a congested area that you would expect paid parking at. It’s also $35 per person for an average breakfast buffet. Not worth $70 for me and a guest. We decided to drive down the road for breakfast. It is a nice hotel though.

The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was nice, but unfortunately, I felt that it was very overpriced for what they offered. The service was also quite expensive, and there were additional charges that made the final bill much higher than expected. Overall, I don’t feel that the experience was worth the price.

Only spent one night and would stay again. Neat John Wayne Airport and didn’t hear any plane fly by’s. Great night sleep with comfortable bed and Gigantic TV. The only surprise was $35 for daily in/out parking. No where else to park, so embrace it =)

Location is great. Friendly staff. Cant wait to go back! Nothing to complain about.

Excellent customer service by staff. Controlling the temperature of the room was challenging by no fault of the facility.

Overall this is a great hotel. Good area. We just got in late and walls were paper thin. Heard everything next door and didn’t sleep till 2-3am.. When we asked for an extra 30mins on checkout cause our sleep we got a hard no. Most staff were awesome… just the one person we got.

Nice place though some staffs are exceptional & extremely helpful and some are not. It must be one of those days for them but I would stay again.

Should have option for queen size beds instead of double beds.

Friendly, efficient staff. We lived in Newport Beach for over 40 years, and much of my Family still does. Your hotel is great! The ease of everything.

Fine hotel. The rooms are a bit small and the double beds are full-size.
