Nice and quiet I came in from work the water wasn’t hot

Bed was comfortable the first lady I encountered at the front desk was very friendly. Was a ok location. Holes in the wall, one of the holes was patched up with masking tape. Shower curtain wasn't very secure, fell the first time we used shower and spicket and the knob was very loose, I thought it was going to fall off when we turned the shower on. Thumbtack in the ceiling and it looked like someone had stuck an incense in the wall and just left it there when they were done with it. Saw a couple of roaches. I also hated I couldn't get extra washcloths.

They need more non smoking rooms. The ones they had are nice.. The smoking rooms where not real good, but clean though..the covers and towels were out dated need to be replaced..plus the outside commons area like sidewalk area need to be steam cleaned sometimes..

I like that the room service lady was decently nice that was about it Had to pay a $50 deposit when I got there and one of the ladies that own the place sprayed me with a water hose got my shoes and feet wet

The bed was very comfortable, the toilet didnt work the microwave sounded like it was going to explode. There was a mold spot in the shower that leaked when the upstairs ran their shower. Atleast the room was clean. Microwave and toilet didnt work

Nothing Everything. The roaches! I booked on here got to the hotel an they gave a room that had someone it then charged me extra cause they had no more rooms I booked

The location Location

The rate was very good. I enjoyed the rare. The overall atmosphere of hotel setting was not so great. A/C, mold in bathroom, chip paint in bathroom, toilet a little apprehensive, needed sockets for carpet. Staff was upset.

Nothing Staff location

You get what you pay for. The woman at the desk was rude, dismissive, yelling at me because she could not speak, understand, or communicate english well. Room was ok, but old, musty, dirty carpet. Typical motel. Many ppl are living there, so they hang around in their doors. Some weird altercation, police were called.

The front desk worker was very rude!! They do a no refund policy to force you to pay all of there hidden fees. I booked a smoking room online to get there and be told “from her end it saids nonsmoking” so I would have to pay them a 50$ deposit or pay them a extra 25$ to get it switched to a smoking room even though I booked a smoking room so I basically paid 93 dollars for a room that was suppose to be 68$. They also have a 1$ deposit for room keys. The microwave and fridge was dirty. Someone dirty rag and towel was still in the bathroom and had a used roll of tissue that was less then half of a roll. Comforters had so many burn holes in it. Do not spend your money here!!!

For the price it was adequate. The room was clean, but shop worn. The amenities were a TV, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator, and it worked fine. The king size bed was not as firm as we like, but we both slept fine. The receptionist I would not characterize as a people person and English was a bit of a challenge for her. If you're looking for economic lodging for the night I'd recommend it. If you're looking for the grand hotel experience, this hotel not so much.

There were roaches everywhere in the room. Crawling on the bed, on the shower.. on the walls, everywhere! Disgusting

I would like if the Workers who check you in to be A Bit more Friendly And There Laundry Service for the room is not Clean The Towels and wash clothes and mats for the floor are Dingy supposed to be White But they are A dingy Grey and I reclined my own room And when I was done the Rags I used were Black the floor was dirty because I was just checking in it was no reason for me to see crumbs and paper and the odor in the room was not pleasant after I was done cleaning I had to clean the air conditioning filters they wet full of dirt I wiped the walls down where you see dirty prints and the lamps and tv were dusty Now I’m Comfortable I have Sanitized the room and I put my own linen on the bed the pillows were dingy white and the headboard was dusty The Hotel Would Be Beautiful if they Had people who honor there work and put more effort but the Ownerw Don’t Allow Them To Spend Much Time Cleaning therefore the Rooms Can’t Be Cleaned As well as They Need to Be because They Are Rushing them and that causes them not to care about There Name being stamped on the rooms they clean I take pride in what I do And I have over 25 years of experience with cleaning And I Take pride in my work I can’t say that I ever had Complaints About my work I take Pride in what I do And it Doesn’t Take Long You Just Have to Create your Own Routine For House keeping do your Best And Take Pride in whatever I Do I Just Love when theVGuest are pleased and happy with my work

Very dirty inside. No lock in the bathroom. Blankets had stains on it no room service. Had to go to office to get toilet paper.0 out of 10 I would rate it. The phone didn’t have wire in it not working basically. Tv did g play no channels.horrible.
