Spark by Hilton Norfolk

Very good

Beds comfy, staff accommodating/responsive with excellent service, budget friendly that feels worth it, I’d stay here again because I received better service here than at 4/5 star hotels Windows-wind came in due to maintenance issue of the window. They were accommodating about our complaint.

Staff very friendly and accommodating No coffee maker in room. Breakfast selection very poor.

The hotel was very clean, parking was easy, and staff were all very friendly and kind. The pillows on the bed sunk in as soon as we laid on them, no matter how many there were. The towels were very stiff.

Price and location

Tamera was a very nasty person.

Excellent

Superb

Front desk hostess was wonderful Patricia was very helpful upon our arrival Go PURPLE!

Good

Typical breakfast: high carbs, watery scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. I’d much rather eat at iHop or Waffle House. It was on a very busy street so somewhat noisy in my room.

Exceptional

Perfect hotel close to airport.

Upon arrival, the staff member Nelly was so attentive helpful and efficient. The smell of the halls were a little strong smelling. Not bad just strong,, but once in the room it was really nice! Clean and tidy!! Totally stocked with clean towels for two days even though we only stayed one night. The next morning the front desk personnel was really helpful and kind. Breakfast was ok Coffee and tea available. Definitely recommend them!! Great price too!

Very clean and comfortable small hotel, nothing fancy, but that's what I needed. Good breakfast.

Clean. Friendly staff. Convenient location.

Most of the front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming, even checking in they made it seem like we were bothering them. In the morning I would tell them good morning and it seemed to make them angry. There was an exception on our second night stay the young lady and gentleman at the front desk were friendly and polite, I enjoyed talking with them and felt welcomed and not like I was bothering them. When we checked out the young man checked us out with a smile. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not good, the eggs were like soup one the sausage was very pale didn’t seem cooked enough and the bagels were hard to find unless you wanted an everything bagel. The plastic utensils were not stocked with knives had to request the staff for more.

Very accommodating

The hotel is perfectly clean, and the staff are amazing.

Very loud!! Vehicles with backup sound makers in and out all night. Could hear neighbors talking and the TV all night. Not a very enjoyable stay. Lucky it was just 1 night before we boarded a flight.
