Everything terrible they are nothing like they’re advertised

Great staff! Had an issue with my first room, causing me to be locked from the inside. However Staff were able to swiftly step in and got me in a new room within 10 minutes! Flooring needed some work in places, however I heard they were doing renovations and freshly under new management.

Nothing Room was disgusting and you charged 250$+

Place is a dump. Sleeping in your car would be an improvement.
-
Looks like crackheads live in some of the units. Stay was OK and convienient to places to eat and the HOF. Room was OK, the toilet bowl wasn't even secured to the bathroom floor in my room, It was wobbling bad.
-
Room was run down. Uncomfortable beds. Outside of property was run down and trash everywhere.
-
Filthy. Hair and dirt on floors. Paint chipping. Floor was uneven. Space, separation, in floor tiles.
-
The property may not be attractive from the outside but the rooms are very nice and the staff is friendly.

I've stayed in plenty of motels over the years, including cheap ones, and this is the only time I've ever walked out of a shower still feeling unclean. That should tell you something. I booked it during Hall of Fame weekend in Canton, when every property nearby was surging. The price looked reasonable and it was pitched as close to the venue — neither turned out true. The room was dirty from the start. The towels were thin, fraying, with a brownish tint no bleach explains. The washcloth, meant to be white, wasn't. I ended up at Walmart at 10 p.m. buying my own towel and disinfectant just to feel okay being in the room. Hotels.com couldn't help — "collect booking," strict no-refund policy. At the front desk, the attendant, in sweatpants and a torn T-shirt, said his manager wouldn't authorize anything because I hadn't complained within five minutes of walking in, as if two hours of use caused the dirt. He wouldn't even look at the room, calling it "one of their better rooms," then admitted flatly: "We're a $70 hotel." I paid nearly four times that. I also didn't feel comfortable leaving my car in the lot after dark. I didn't sleep well and was gone faster than I've ever left a hotel. No adjustment at checkout, no apology — just the full, inflated bill. Bottom line: read the reviews before booking. Hotels.com should reconsider allowing "collect booking" listings that let properties dodge accountability.

Clean inside, but dated and run down. property was overgrown and needed attention. fine in a pinch.
-
It was cheap. Beds were comfy Had to go to desk for towels 2 days in a row (2 towels for 3 adults) No trash pick up (3 days) Sketchy people next to us smoking weed came in through the AC
-
I don't know how this place is still operating. The room felt like a horror movie. The AC was shut off so it was 100° in the room, it smelled like dead animals, flooring was coming apart, toilet had shims underneath to keep it level.
-
Everything was fine up until I found needles in my hotel room. I left and would like a full refund. I already expressed this to the property.

Thought I was going to fall through the floor when I sat down on the toilet, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable...
