No breakfast and minimal coffee in room and lobby.

There were cockroaches in our room and the carpet was damp and smelly

It was two blocks away from why we were there. And right in the middle of everything. No A/C in the middle of August is very uncomfortable. Only thing front desk could do is give a small fan. The room was in a little bad shape but it’s what you get for the cost.

Location, location, location! - the homeless across the bridge and the sketchy people at family dollar and gas station made this very uncomfortable for family travelling with kids. I’m flabbergasted by all the positive reviews.
