the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot , the clerk at night and the gentleman in the day time were nice the young black lady was rude on both occasions I saw her. the breakfast was over eveyday before 10 am , and barely had coffee at 930 am, there were roaches in our room. we left and went to the pool and came back to them crawling on our food. The jacuzzi was broken with two different stories told about it .

I booked this property for a solo getaway, and unfortunately, it ended up being a complete waste of money. The problems started at check-in when I entered a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. This was disappointing right from the start and not what I expected from a property that should provide a clean and comfortable environment. Things only got worse when I tried to enjoy the pool and hot tub facilities. The hot tub never got hot during my stay, making it essentially unusable. To make matters worse, while exiting the hot tub, I was falsely accused of being nude in the pool area. I was wearing a Speedo, and the property has security cameras that could have easily verified that fact. Despite this embarrassing and frustrating situation, management never offered an apology. The incident completely ruined my trip. On Saturday around noon, I called to ask if I could check out early and receive a partial refund due to the issues I had experienced. I was told that because it was after checkout time, I would still be charged the full amount. Between the smoke-filled room, the non-functioning hot tub, the false accusation, and the lack of any acknowledgment or apology from management, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this property to others.

This property was associated with sex traffickers very unsafe They told me there were no rooms and still charged me. Lighting locks and traffic was unsafe. Reported and was refused a refund although sex traffickers posed unsafe conditions

This is a construction worker hotel Filthy, cigarette burns on the tub 6 places furniture falling apart, filthy carpet, air conditioning noise load, door didn’t lock properly , rusty mold around the shower

The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff was nice. The rules were clean. Everybody was so polite and friendly. And it was so comfortable, it was like being at home better than at home. Trying to find a location, it wasn't that it was hard. It was kind of a little hard to get to, due to how the roads are set up. It had nothing to do with the facility itself.

Bed is very comfortable. Front desk is friendly & helpful. Room was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend this hotel. Close to every store, gas station & restaurant imaginable. Never saw a single bug . Our last night a very large group (30+) of people had a huge party & played extremely loud bass rap making it difficult to sleep. The office man said they agreed to this. At 1:20am a group congregated outside my door & woke me with being very loud. This place needs to crack down on excessive loud noise as a respect to seniors & small families with kids to get some sleep.

We liked it so well that week booked for another 4 nites. Nothing - much cleaner & friendlier than high ends we have stayed at when traveling

The room had roaches on the bed, in the shower, and on the wall. The sheets also had a blood stain on them. We left there in under an hour. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever seen.

The staff were so kind and friendly. Room was clean and it was quiet. Pool area was closed for most of our stay. No coffee maker in the room.

The front desk staff were nice. Room 106 The room was mussy. We went out and bought carpet fresh to kill the odor. it smelled like carpet had been wet. It needs changing. The room was hot when we arrived. A/C should be on at least 77 degrees so guest do not walk into a HOT room. The door did not close completely at the bottom with a gap. The bathroom door needs to be adjusted it scraps badly when opened which wakes up sleeping guest when exiting. Overall, this property needs maintenance, No iron in room. Shower floor was slippery. No strips in base. we used a towel on the shower floor to keep from falling. We hung sign on door to not disturb thinking it would keep hskp out but still went in room. I guest to clean but hair was on bathroom floor and tub base when we returned and it was not our hair color. All of this was reported. We will not recommend this property to anyone.

Hot tub/Jacuzzi wasn't hot. Kind of bummed but didn't ruin my experience there❤️

Location was great across from an outlet. Parking was free, you must hurry to park in front of your door or risk walking around the building at night. Front staff was nice, custodial staff was nice but could of gotten hurt for flirting with my husband; I gave her grace this time. The pool indoor hours was good. Ice machine worked great. Hot water and a/c worked in the room. Mini fridge and microwave in room is good to have! Overall ok for price during a holiday weekend. The room did not look like photos. Its much smaller. Pool and hot tub was very small and had a Waterhouse coming out of it. The room is much smaller than anticipted.. Room 106 rolling chair need to be changed its very dirty and tbe front of the fridge is very discolored/looks like corrosion. The bathroom sink had hair and you could see all the foot prints on the bathroom floor; luckily I brung cleaning supplies for us. The lock on bathroom door is broken.

The room was not clean at all. The photos that were online must have been from the first day that the place opened. When we first opened the door the smell of mildew hit me in the face. It honestly smelled like the room had been flooded. The bedding may have been washed but I guess because they were old there were noticeable stains so, we went out and bought a sheet set. The toilet was dirty to the point you could tell it had not been cleaned since the last visitor. The shower, and the jacuzzi tub. I didn’t use neither one especially that Jacuzzi because I was afraid that I may get an infection. I didn’t make a video that’s how bad it was. I definitely would not recommend. The staff was nice and friendly and I felt like there was no need for me to report the situation just because we were only staying one night and they kept turning people away saying they had no more rooms available and given that it was a holiday weekend, we knew we were not gonna be able to get a room anywhere else.
