complex is clean and well kept, breakfast offerings were good,(oatmeal could've been warmer) Room was comfortable, I would've taken the mattress home with me if I could! Two things to think about: toilets sit low, like child size low and are hard to get up from for elderly people. Second the shower pressure was extremely hard. we tried to adjust it but couldn't. One additional consideration, the scent in the hallway and main downstairs area was very strong. It caused me to do a great deal of repetitive sneezing.

The stay was alright, the staff seemed agitated at all times. I was unaware the room was for people with pets and it smelled like a wet dog for the entire stay

Staff was great, nothing fancy, but bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The rooms were pretty clean and comfortable, and breakfast was fine. If it weren't for the issues that we ran into, we would have given a 7-8 instead of 3. Our primary issue was that there was a fire alarm that went off in a room near us at 4 AM one morning, waking up pretty much everyone in the hall. The only staff member we could find was the woman setting up for breakfast, and she did not seem concerned about it at all. She said the front desk person had just stepped out to get something from his car, but we never saw him come back at all. The phones at the front desk were ringing off the hook and no one did anything to answer them. We ended up calling 911 ourselves because the staff were doing nothing to check on the fire alarm. The employee we spoke to seemed more concerned that we called 911 than she was about the alarm itself. The fire department came, identified that it was a false alarm, and reset it so finally we were able to go back to sleep. Other issues that we had during our stay include coming back to empty hand and body wash containers after housekeeping, so we had to get more from the front desk. This was the only helpful interaction with hotel staff that we had. Some of the breakfast items were stale, and the spoons to serve almonds and cranberries for oatmeal looked like they hadn't been washed in a long time. One of our towels had a rust stain on it when we arrived, and the front desk person wasn't able to switch it out, and we had to wait for the day shift to arrive to get it replaced. Each of these issues maybe could have been manageable on their own, but we were very frustrated with how little the staff at this hotel seem to care.

When I walked in to register, the front desk lady was on her cell phone and it took a minute for her to acknowledge me. Two days later the same lady was at the front desk on her cell phone & again didn't acknowledge anyone that walked in. The sounds from the rooms next door & the hallway came through the walls. It was fairly noisy. Good breakfast. Overall it was what I needed. Just a place to sleep & shower.

The property itself is outstanding, the amenities, breakfast, room. What’s really lacking is the customer service. We arrived late and there was no one to be found at the front desk. When she finally came around she wasn’t really kind and had a face like I had interrupted what she was doing. Mind you it was 8:30pm. No greeting just very cold and not courteous. Other than that everything was great!

The property was very peaceful, safe and a good distance to dallas and ft worth. The rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The halls were hot and humid.

Shower tap needs to fixed as regular maintenance,nothing major.Ovral is worth staying there.

Love the location. Love the food love the atmosphere. Pretty noisy rooms.. there was lots of noise beside us and above us...

Made booking while in route. Arrived at 11:30 pm. Clerk said our room had been canceled. No reason given. Said we would not be charged. Yet booking charged us for a room that was not delivered.

Lovely hotel. Only didn't 5 stars as initial greeting was a bit grumpy and breakfast was a but limited and some bits like egg and porridge not the nicest. Otherwise, great hotel. Room amazing and wish I had time to use the gym that was open 24hrs.

Great rooms and great breakfast Nothing everything great

Great hotel, well located, near restaurants and easy access to freeway. Nice comfortable beds and pillows. Room was spotless clean and spacious. The only cons is breakfast. Items would finish and was repeatedly not added ( talking about several days on the row), whoever is taking care of the breakfast was always conveniently missing when needed.

Loved the game selections in the lobby area!

I love that they had a water refill station for reusable water bottles! Clean room, the AC kicked on quick, friendly staff when they came to bring more towels. Front staff checked us in quickly.

The staff is lovely. The breakfast has variety. I have stayed at this facility multiple times over the last 2 years. I will say the food was better the two prior visits I had. But that may be because there was no bacon served this time. Lol. This place is lovely.
