The staff was extremely nice. We checked in, went to the room and the television would not connect. We attempted to troubleshoot and still nothing. I was sitting on the bed and looked over at the nightstand, there were two roaches. I went to the front desk with my concerns and he offered us another room but we opted to leave. I can’t do roaches.

The pool and limited free breakfast, just eggs, no sausage provided. The sink in my room was clogged when I tried to use it, someone stuck a plastic fork in the drain which is loaded with black sludge, i tried to fix it myself with no luck.

Breakfast area was unkempt and poorly managed.

I would not take my dog to that place; the air conditioning unit sounded like it was going to blow up, and there was mildew in all the vents, which is probably what was making my kids sneeze. My son was bitten by bed bugs in the first room we were given, and several things did not work, including the TV and the lights. They gave us another room, but the bathroom was stained, there were marks on the walls, and the facilities were outdated. They need to renovate that hotel; I will never go there again. I read the first paragraph and became completely confused; I did not like anything, as it was a horrible experience. It was not clean, had mildew and bed bugs, and needed to be updated. The toilet was overflowing and would not flush properly, there were stains on the walls, and the air conditioning unit was so loud it sounded like it was going to blow up; the unit itself was filthy. Nothing worked in the first room, including the TV, so they had to move us to another room. It was not a good experience; I do not recommend that anyone stay there, not even with a dog.

This place is OK if you just need a night's rest from traveling. There are no black out curtains so if you need to sleep in, good luck. The elevator is on the frits and felt rather unsafe. They need to work on creating an appetizing breakfast. I skipped that. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area is sketchy though. Went I stepped outside, someone approached me asking for money.

This place was horrible! It was infested with live and dead cockroaches and other bugs. The toilet had black mildew in it. The carpet was dirty…the beds were made but not sure the sheets had been changed. The towels smelled! This place should be condemned!! The young lady who helped us was kind and apologetic. She offered us another room but I just couldn’t imagine staying there. I took pictures and video then asked for a refund. It was terrible!!

I was impressed that I got clean towels considering I was staying two nights The air conditioner was loud and it didn't cycle off and on. Maybe down the line remodel with central air and heat
