Do better with the breakfast menu. The Air conditioning has dust and ants inside. Find a good budget if you feel emotional. Got it?? By the way, thanks for everything, and rest well.

They had very clearly recently flooded but did not warn of this and instead just tried to cover everything up with diffusers that were so strong you could taste it in the lobby. Our room had badly patched walls, plastic over the sprinklers, peeling dry wall tape, baseboards that kept falling down, recessed plugs that were unusable because of how far pushed into the wall they were, there was very visible patches of mold on the ceiling of the room and all over the bathroom ceiling, walls and corners by tub, the bathroom door was so swollen from whatever recent flood happened that you couldn’t open the door all the way to get into the bathroom and had to squeeze in, the hand soap bottle was hanging off the wall just totally unrepaired, same with one of the soaps in the shower (broken and just sitting there), the bathtub was squishy and sank under your feet when you stepped in, the floors were so dirty my feet were black from one night time walk to the bathroom without shoes on (we wore shoes all other times). The staff was GREAT and so kind! The company should have absolutely warned guests and given the option to stay elsewhere though. We paid $340 for 2 nights and didn’t expect perfection but we did expect a clean, safe room. I don’t normally leave reviews but we genuinely felt this needed to be told so others avoid this hotel, at least until they fix their current issues.

No microwave. Left an exposed carpet tac strip in front of the bathroom door and punched a hole in my foot. No hot breakfast or restaurant on site as advertised. Worst Hilton I have been in ever and I have already stayed 258 nights in Hiltons this year

Price was accommodating for a concert events going on. Hot tub was luke warm. Shower head was leaking from top. Pile of rocks outside guest entrance. Elevator went down and was very slow the next day.

The service desk was poor. The floors were always wet throughout the facility. The walls were sweating. The Hilton franchise should not be affiliated with the Spark hotel. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Stayed here after a concert at credit union amphitheater one. Great location

Pool area was so filthy. Lights falling out of ceiling and the bathroom by the pool area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

Mold in bathroom, i am sensitive to mold and had reaction so I know to look for it and clean wht i can. The house keeping lady did clean it for me but ther was still mold

Overall it was a nice stay except I think plumbing issues the sink and shower were stopped up we left and came back after being out for 4+ hours and still clogged not sure why but we only stayed 1 night it was overall a nice stay!!

Still waiting on my refund due to the power outage.
