Coastal Inn - Ocean City

The location was fine there was no breakfast I would have rather had carpet on the floor instead of linoleum

The location was good. It's near a 7-11 and Dunkin and other businesses and some bars on a walkable sidewalk and near bus stops for the Beach Bus. I learned later that it has a beach access, but I went to the beach in Delaware. There's a $100 security deposit that I didn't know about and I had to use most of my pocket cash when checking in. I don't know if I got a receipt, but during checkout they said they couldn't find my deposit and couldn't refund me my deposit without the receipt. I searched my luggage and car but couldn't find it. I just had to leave without the $100 because I had a flight to catch.

Nothing Rooms was dirty and bugs everywhere bed sheets stained and dirty also nat infestation floors was dirty room service came in the room as we was sleeping i have pics to prove everything will never stay here again asked for towels multiple times and every time had hair or bad stains on them.

Nothing. The room was not clean and the beds appeared to have bugs on them. It was nothing like was advertised on the website. We were charged extra for parking too. Walked into the room - saw the bugs on the bed and left. Non-refundable. There were 3 other couples waiting in line to cancel their rooms too. So the company made money for at least 4 reservations that cancelled and noone was provided any type of refund. Would Never reccomend to anyone else.

Not far from the ocean,a crab restaurant and mini golf are within walking distance.

The location and quietness were great No TV, no WiFi, no hot water. When contacting the front desk we were told he would “try to fix the water situation and to give it 15 mins to try again and there’s no one here now to fix the TV so I’ll leave a note”. No one fixed the TV and the water stayed ice cold for an additional day and a half we were there.

The location The sheets were stained with blood and they didn’t change them when I let them know, It was not very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and they never cleaned the room.

The bed was comfortable. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them & the bathroom floor didn't seem very clean.

The location was great and so was the free wifi. The size of the room was also very good The sheets and towels were stained but that was okay

nothing, festival was cancelled and road flooded. we had to check out a day early and were not offered any discount or partial refund. rude comments when messaging regarding partial refund due to flooding in the area

We liked the pool, how close we were to Jolly Roger’s, Dunkin Donuts and not far from the beach. The bed was tall. Had to keep helping my kids get on the bed. The floor made our feet dirty and the bathroom sink would not drain. I also didn’t like that I had to pay a $100 security deposit and had to pay for parking $10 a day just to park on their lot. We have stayed here before and never had to do any of this.

Disappointing

No hairdryer, and no shampoo and conditioner. Very minimalistic. We had to unplug our TV to get rid of the glowing screen so we could sleep. They also charge for parking. The AC was very loud!
