From the staff to the cleanliness of the room me and my mom love staying here at this Marriott. Suzy, Lisa,Lucas, Gabriel, and Michael are always great when we stay. Patty T. and Maria are also so awesome in housekeeping. The best place ever because of the staff and nice rooms. Patty always made sure what we needed for our room and did a great job. Hands down the best.

Staff was rude!

Room booked was not the room recieved. Overnight staff did everything possible to not make anything his job. Room was showing lots of wear and tear. House keeping made bed but didn't refresh towels. Requested towels the 2nd night, then bed and garbage was not emptied.

Clean and everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly Pool was not super clean. Limited bistro hours with no oven. Prepaid for breakfast not worth the $33 advertised. It was a microwaved sandwich and burrito. Both cold in the middle. Stale pastry. Very dissatisfied.

No breakfast location was what I was looking for. The $7 parking fee.

The pillows were too soft, needed extra. Also, the water pressure was nit great in the shower.

This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel. I manage some apartments down the street and in the past I have had to place some of my tenants in this hotel due to some plumbing/construction work. Since I don't have AC in my apartment, I decided to stay 2 nights here last week because of the high heat/humidity. I had stayed at the Extended Stay off of Vista Way and that place is VERY subpar. The Courtyard Marriott is simple, yet elegant. Tons of space in the lobby, with a bar/restaurant/coffee shop. There are many areas where one can lounge around in the main lobby area: tons of comfortable seating and a large TV. The hallway to my hotel room was well-lit and incredibly quiet. It also has ornate carpeting. My room had 2 queen size beds and was surprisingly spacious! The carpet had the same pretty design as the hallway. The room itself has lots of cute accents, including some wall art and other decor. There was also a small coffee station with a mini bar fridge below, which was helpful. Bathroom was also spacious, and the shower included body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I was incredibly comfortable, especially with the powerful AC. I had to turn it off a few times because the room got so cold. I even used the little gym in the middle of the week. I was very impressed with the gym equipment, especially the large dual-cable pulley functional trainer. I was able to do a full back workout with no problem. The gym also offers a few treadmills, 2 benches, and some free-weights. It also has water and as many towels as you need. I would love to stay here again! The staff was friendly and efficient, and I a very savory breakfast burritos at the bistro Thursday morning--It included guac and sour cream. I'm glad that I got to experience what my tenants have experienced. Great product all-around!

The room was pretty much clean. However almost all of the lamps inside it, the shades were broken. The blackout curtains did not work and they never tell you that they are going to charge you for parking.

Property was clean and staff was friendly.

Nice hotel to stay in.

I forgot two important things about the marriott. First, if you reserve your room through a third party it will not give you any reward points. I don't understand that since I'm spending money at their hotel. Second, the one of the hotels that charge for parking. I don't stay at hotels that charge for parking. Also, no maid service. Scale of 1 to 10 7.

You need put water at least 2 bottle in room for free
