Friendly staff, clean room. Appreciated the fact you need a hotel key to activate the outside ground floor elevator (for security reasons). No bed bugs. Not many extras, just a straight up clean hotel room.
-
They stole my money and are avoiding all calls and responsibility. Every time Expedia calls the front desk people say that whoever is in charge is not available and to send an email which goes unanswered.

The staff, was not Friendly. Very bold and seamed upset when I asked questions. Room had a foul smell. No continental breakfast. It was bananas and a protein bar. Parking was fine and location is perfect.

The location is great and the free was convenient. The room had damp smell, although it looked clean, but smelled very bad. I asked for a late checkout as I checked in at 5am .. they gave me 30min extra only (11:30am). Then I called at morning asking again, she said (we cannot) .. I said many other hotels are (flexibile) when people check in very late, she said (((WE ARE NOT))) .. the big parking space was 3 cars in it including mine, so the hotel was not busy at all
